Very rude staff, not accommodating, over priced, and didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable in establishment. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Went to this place found a parking spot and approached the door and was told it was at capacity so with no fuss I turned around and went back to my truck and I started to leave I seen other cars pulling up and was curious if they were gonna let the other people here and sure enough two more cars pulled up and they were lit right in the building so not sure if it was the color of my skin that made not allow me In or maybe just cause I wasn’t Arabic and they didn’t want me in their establishment so on that note I will never go to that place again they don’t deserve your money.

I just left from here. I came in by myself (on a Tuesday night), it wasn’t very busy. I paid $25 for a hookah and after about 20 minutes, I had to go to the bathroom. Since I was alone, I took my things with me. I came back in less than 3 minutes and the hookah was gone. I waited an additional 15 minutes to see if anyone would notice that I was right back where I was to replace the hookah and not a single person came over to me. It was not busy enough to overlook me and I was obviously noticed enough to see that I was gone for 3 minutes in the bathroom. I think that is piss poor customer service considering I wasn’t even there a half hour. Won’t be back.

Nice place, but very expensive. The staff wasnt very attentive, and got our order wrong the first time and my group had to send it back. Not too bad, but other places are definitely better.

Great place to be with friends and family to enjoy a relaxing night, they have amazing service everyone is so sweet and attentive, they have very tasty hookahs and many flavors to choose from we sit outside by the fire every time we go there and it’s a Awesome set up very clean and lots of tvs to watch whatever you want.... definitely recommend this place to anyone that asks.

EDITED: I called the lounge regarding the tip and it was refunded to my card without my having to return. The woman I spoke with apologized for the way I was treated, invited me back and informed me that the bouncer was sent home after I left.TERRIBLE customer service with a ghetto mentality. I went with a friend and was helped at the counter where we selected our hookah. I asked to also be charged for a bag of chips that were on a display on the adjacent wall. I was asked before I received any services if Id like to tip, WHICH I DID WITHOUT HESITATION. I paid my bill with my debit card and walked over to the wall to grab my chips before finding our seats. A big bouncer-type man followed us and told me to pay for the chips. I told him I had and he said he watched me and knew I hadnt paid. Id just paid $25 for the hookah. Why steal chips? I thought it may have been a joke and offered to walk back to the counter with him. It was a rude and humiliating experience. The cashier told him I paid but I asked a refund - that I received - less the tip! Ill call to see if that can be rectified.

Best place to smoke hookah and relax, and even the to go heads are amazing love coming here to smoke and relax
