Quaint little coffee shop with plenty of space indoor and outdoor for meetings and greetings. They serve a high quality coffee offering cappuccinos, lattes and other stars from the usual line up. Ive enjoyed trying old favorites as well as their house specialties. They also serve Guernsey ice cream by the scoop and as milkshakes! They offer breakfast sandwiches and fruit smoothies as well. Which are made fresh to order. Farmhouse Coffee & Ice cream is a fantastic local business to support.

This was such a sweet find. The place was spotless clean, social distanced seating, felt safe while I was here. Their soup of the day sells quickly so be sure to come early if you want those.I also had a really pleasant drink: steamed whole milk with a pump of lavender — sweet and simple. I think it’s brilliant especially for those who are feeling caffeine free.Will return again fo sho.

Everyone was so friendly I instantly felt like I was welcome, the decor is very quaint and cute, there is always enough parking in the back. The coffee is incredible the second I tried it I actually said wow. This is the place I will be recommending when Im asked for a good coffee place! Not to mention how cheap it is comparatively. Very excited to come back and try more drinks! Shame I dont live closer!

A very nice local coffee experience. It is family owned and operated so you most often are talking to an owner. Friendly service and great coffee with a pastry or breakfast sandwich on the side. Other things too but I go for the coffee.

This is a great place for a coffee and relaxing. My boyfriend and I love coming here to enjoy one of their many signature drinks and chat for a bit. The environment is laid back so it’s perfect for studying as well. They have ice cream which we’ve had a couple times that is absolutely wonderful as well! The employees actually speak to you and are pleasant. We love coming here!

Nice little cafe. They sell a number of food and drink items, but I prefer their ice cream, which is delicious! This place gets crowded quickly, especially on hot days and the weekend. The staff is friendly and quick to take and make orders. Highly recommend!

What a nice gem that I recently discovered. Its a small ice cream shop with lots of custom flavors. The ice cream has a homemade rich taste to it. I also had a quite tasty macaroon. They serve drinks here as well which I did not have a chance to sample this time around; however, I will certainly be back to try something different. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The location is comforting and clean. This will be the ideal place to go to once covid restrictions are completely lifted.

We were greeted with smiles and wonderful ice cream choices with delicious looking baked goods and the possibility of sandwiches and coffee. We each ordered sundaes with all kinds of things and warm fudge - scrumptious! I cant wait to go back.

I work in Farmington Hills twice a week and got hooked on this place last year during the Covid closures. I will choose a small business over the big guys any day. I look forward to my days in the office so I can get my Dark Mocha Raspberry latte with oat milk! Amanda always does such a great job and knows my order when I walk in! I always tend to get the cinnamon coffee cake as well, it’s always warm and delicious. This coffee makes my coffee free drive from Brighton to Farmington Hills worth the wait in the mornings!

We arrived at 8:05 PM and they were already closed. In the summer people and families will often go out for ice cream after dinner and most ice cream shops are open until 9 or 10. Might be worth adjusting summer hours to accommodate this business opportunity. Otherwise we like their coffee and ice cream.

Today we went for the first time to Farmhouse Coffee & Ice Cream specifically to get some of their Sundaes. We ordered the Brownie Sundae with chocolate ice cream and the Grasshopper with mint chocolate chip ice cream. Both were very good, but the whipped cream was limp and needs some work. We saw quite a few students there working at their tables. Good choices of coffee and food. The place is kind of hidden in the location where the old hardware store used to be but hopefully they can continue getting a lot of customers as it is a very nice home feeling restaurant.

I stopped by here on my way to Southfield from Grand Rapids and I am so glad I did! I came in thinking I was going to get a frozen coffee drink but, once I went inside, the ice cream selection made me change my mind! I have never come across a cotton candy ice cream that I truly liked but they have one that is so incredibly delicious, i ended up ordering a triple scoop! I also ordered the turkey and cheddar samdwich and it was so good.....Im definitely going to make this a regular stop when I am passing through.Another thing that made this shop stand out from others is the service. There was a man and a woman behind the counter that were so friendly but not too overbearing like some places can be. They were just very pleasant to interact with and thats something I dont come across very often.All in all, I will be recommending this place to friends and will be back with my family very soon!

It’s a nice place to hangout with friends and family. Apart from coffee and ice creams you get some sandwiches and there’s a good breakfast menu as well. The staff give you a homely feel and are very courteous. Their ice creams are from Guernsey in Northville. Their Banana pudding ice-cream is out of this world. The brownie sundae is delicious as well.

I’ve never gone out of my way to write a bad review on a business but after my experience today at farmhouse coffee I really could not hold back. Went there last week didn’t have an issue, went today again with my coworker and the blonde haired lady with the face shield made us feel so unwelcome and basically told us they couldn’t accommodate us at a table as it is ‘reserved’ for larger parties!! After the way she spoke to us and the dirty look she gave, we walked right out. We won’t be coming back which is unfortunate as the coffee is great, we just can’t believe how disrespectful the worker was to us - definitely just lot of business from us.

Excellent find for icecream and treats with a nice selection. of coffee and tea. Used to located in the Franklin village and now occupies the end of a multi-retail strip. Enjoyed our banana no split treat and a raspberry white chocolate scone.

They also use eco-friendly/recycled cups, sleeves, etc, which is really rare for a small business but I absolutely love that they are probably spending a little bit more on supplies to reduce their carbon footprint!!!!

Cute place! Full ice cream bar, full espresso bar, best of both worlds to me! Barista was very friendly & knowledgeable. Lots of different types of seating, books & games.

We love that our family can come here for ice cream. Two of our kids have allergies to milk, egg, and nuts and they always have 4 vegan ice cream flavors that are safe for us! Their cafe miel is so good too... and the seasonal gingerbread latte is awesome! We also appreciate their friendly service and clean bathroom!

It doesnt LOOK like a farmhouse, but the coffee drinks are delicious! So they can call it whatever they want!

Ive gone here twice, given that my usual Starbucks choice has been an absolute mess in the mornings lately, and Ive been very happy I did. Its clean, cheery, and welcoming. Ive had both plain iced coffee and an iced latte and really enjoyed both of them. If youre sick of the stress of Starbucks, stop in here on your way to the office.

Local Coffee house and ice cream shop, sandwiches, muffins, cookies are delicious, and they make sure that the place is always clean and sanitized they clean the entrance door after each customer leaving the store. I love supporting local coffee shops because these small businesses are the backbone of our economy. They offer Grub hub and call ahead ordering, and they will bring it out to your car, so you do not have to go in.

Most of their ice cream is Ashbys or Guernsey, so they have high quality and unique flavors. I was surprised by how good the banana pudding ice cream was! Owners are also personable and enjoy talking to their customers. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is so cute. The gentleman who crafted my sundae was friendly and took his time with his work, even though we came in late in the evening. He even offered samples. Theyve got a great selection of ice cream flavors, coffee, tea, pastries, and other such treats. Looks like a great place to hang out with friends.

Great local coffee shop and had two great lattes while we were there. Next time I go I want to try all their awesome looking food and ice cream. Their lattes were the perfect pairing of spring espresso with the right amount of sweet you want in the mint mocha.

Small town coffee places are being ellipsed by big chain coffee shops. Im glad farmhouse is here to stand out against them, these folks make great coffee, and need the communitys support!

I reside a good ways from this place, which is why I dont go as often. However, each time I come to the area, I stop here. The service is always superb, and the coffee does not taste super acidic. Its a nice clean spot as well. Id recommend everyone in the area to stop in when you can.

My first time visiting Farmhouse after a craving for hand packed ice cream. The service was great and the atmosphere seemed diverse and pleasant. My single scoop of cookies and cream and choc chip cookie dough was reasonably priced and was gone before I got to the library! Very delicious!

What a cute place! My family met my husbands parents here for ice cream. We each drive about 45 minutes to meet here and it was worth the drive. The incredible ice cream (the Michigan Pot Hole was awesome) wasnt even the best part. The laid back feeling and ambience made for such a nice evening together. I absolutely plan to be back for breakfast sometime soon!

Great coffee shop. I love the lemonade and my girlfriend loves their seasonal lavender drink. The customer service is great and asked a couple questions since it was my second time there and they answered all of them with no issues. The environment is very cool too, relaxing, clean and comfortable. Id recommend visiting.

Never ever heard of Farmhouse Coffee and Ice Cream before, until a friend of mine took me there, and I was asking why are we going here and my friend told me that I would see soon enough.The ice cream they have to offer is simply amazing! We are talking, these guys know what they are doing and how to do it, and do it well indeed.Farmhouse Coffee and Ice Cream Dominates! I take my ice cream very seriously. When I come to a place specifically for ice cream, they better deliver. Farmhouse didnt just deliver, they blew my mind, they rocked my world.Well worth making the drive if you dont live nearby. I wouldnt write it if I didnt mean it. There are very few things we have control over in our lives : our word, integrity, honor and honesty. Those are important to me, so I dont just throw words around willy-nilly.Now go and treat yourself the way you deserve to be treated!

I ordered the macadamia iced coffee and it was way too sweet. Im very young so usually I would like a semi sweet drink but this drink had way too much sweet flavoring in it. Mixing it up helped a little bit but when I got home I poured a whole bottle of water in it and it was finally to my liking. I would visit here again because the barista who makes my drink could make it completely different and taste pretty damn good, but today was not one of those days!!

This is a cool place. Very mellow and tranquil compared to the green mermaid place. I would definitely go here again. And the coffee was how coffee should be. Flavor without the burnt taste.

I always say coffee smells better than it tastes but here it tastes just as good as it smells if not better. They have some really great coffee here and super nice people. I had coffee and ice cream it was perfect!
