Fast and yummy. i come here often. love the ice cream but they don’t make the dipped cones like they have on the menu. never been able to get the fancy cones they offer and my cones are not rolled all the way to the bottom so they leak all over and sometimes are not cooked all the way soggy and fall apart. i shouldn’t complain about cones not being available in the dipped selection but take it off the menu if you NEVER have them

I love Baskin Robbins, especially the coffee and coffee rolls thats where the best ice cream is.

If you are looking at ordering the Frozen Themed Ice Cream Cake Dont do it! Below is what I received from this location... On the Baskin Robbins website it shows that I should have received a nice back drop topper and a collectable Anna and Elsa spinner topper. Instead I received a very cheap looking Elsa and a character that was in the move for a whole 5 minutes and my 3 year old had no idea who that was. The location was not apologetic at all! The manager said that all he could do was offer me $7 dollars off or he could refund my order but he would have to take the cake back....like they were going to re-sell it! I didnt have the option of giving the cake back since it was my daughters birthday and clearly I didnt have a back-up cake for her birthday! So very disappointed!

Service was super slow. 25 minutes for a sundae. They claimed busy but had no issue helping everyone after me. They made me pull around and wait in front of store as they finished serving everyone else in the drivethru. Never again

While I understand that they were busy I waited for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me and I just had to get a prepackaged quart.definately disappointing experience and I wont be back

The two ladies who helped us tonight were very patient and kind. They even have me some donut holes for my pup. It really made my night!

They actually yelled at me because they made my son’s ice cream incorrectly. I will not go back to this location period. It’s very poor of the owner to treat a woman the way he did. I didn’t ask for a refund I simply wanted to pay for the correct ice cream. I had 3 people telling me I was wrong. An Oreo ice cream does not have nuts and cherries on top. Horrible customer service!

Absolutely horrible service, so I left! There is newer staff at this location. For 24 years Ive bought my banana splits in a quart sized cup, Ive done so since I resided in Illinois back in my youth. I pay extra to get more, my bill normally comes to $10.14 after tax. I get all the traditional toppings but in the larger size. Every location Ive ever been to, including this one before today has accommodated that. The male staff member today at the drive thru was very rude and argumentative towards me and his co-workers wanted to fulfill my request. The drive thru employee even told me theyd get in trouble from the company by selling more of the product I enjoy, a banana split in the manner I requested it. Well, I drove up the road and there was a dairy queen, I spent all of $4.79 there and got exactly what I wanted. I personally prefer Baskin and Robbins ice cream over Dairy Queens. I wont return. Id previously patronized this location for 14 years, I never had an issue with anyone accommodating my order there before.

Very disappointed I ordered 4 cones 2 adult and 2 kid cones and end up get 4 huge coins and charged for them, when I told the lady at the drive through it was too much ice cream for my 5 yr old she responded, I already made it and rung u up and it was only 30 cent more. Needless to say I had to throw away half of it.

Poor customer service!!! Ordered a cake online that took 40 mins for them to find (2 days afterthe online order). Cake was ok at best. Do not order candles, they let you pay for them online but the store doesn’t carry them 🤦🏽‍♀️ I won’t be back!

Worst Customer Service. Ordered a cake and paid for the day before. Go to pick up and will not allow pick up without a receipt. Not even with a name that the order was placed under. Had to leave and come back and still had to wait for the cake to be finished. Had an attitude with me the entire time.

I ordered my son a spider man light up ice cream cake on July 31st, 2020, to be picked up today August 6th,2020 @ 10 am. I got a call at 9am, saying the light up head still had not come in, and the cake would not be ready until 11-12pm. No problem, it happens.I call at 12:25 to see if the cake is ready, and they HUNG UP on me! Ok.. thats irritating but it happens. I call back, they say its ready.I pick up the cake at around 1:30..and i have NEVER been so upset.The cake is PINK! one corner was not even totally covered in frosting! The light up head fell OFF the cake and messed up the webbing .Now i am not totally unreasonable, I understand that the cake I was getting would not look exactly as pictured..but come on! I paid FORTY DOLLARS (40.00$) for this? I am absolutely disappointed and absolutely livid.Do better.

Ordered a unicorn cake that looked like something from nailed it. It would have been funny if it wasnt my 8 year old daughters birthday cake. Also dont buy the candles online. They dont have them there and cant do refunds for online orders.Update 7/15/20: the owner did contact me and offered a refund. He stated that he wanted to make it right.

This location seems to have problems with stock. They didnt even have spoons for the ice cream... really? The staff is normally friendly but well under trained. Its like there given a shirt and told to go and scoop ice cream, thats it.

The staff is friendly and always make me feel comfortable. I love coming over here. I would definitely be interested to see this place again

No vanilla ice cream? Cashier had no labels for any of the ice cream. Best part, he had his hands down the front of his pants walking with swagger. I am sure the ma aged can figure out which one it was, for his absolute no care about a job.

I spent 40.00$ on a cake this was absolutely NOT what i ordered. Absolutely livid

Worker was nice and courteous but they ran out of everything by 6:30pm. Its not their fault. There was a major power outage and as a result they were overwhelmed by customers .

Had a malt with an extra scoop and they made it perfect as always.

The employees work very hard. One employee was there by herself all day so the wait was understandable. They both had good attitudes.

This place has been at this location forever its ghetto ish dont let stop you though its 31 flavors yall go get it shops so so ish clean feeling that aside the staff roates often but managment seams to keep it running okay

This place is great if you dont actually want ice cream, basic toppings or anything of that nature. Do yourself a favor and go to the Farmington&6mile location instead.

Its the worst ever dont buy donuts theyll be hard and ice cream will have freezer burn and nasty gooey layer on top its truly awful. Every now and then ill forget and stop by here and im disappointed each time.

Not even bad service, bizzarre service is the only way to describe this place every time I go. Theyre out of everything, painfully slow, dont know whats going on, barely communucate, get orders wrong. I always go late night and drive thru though. Maybe Id have better luck during the day. Nobody is ever rude. Just.....strange. Im just avoiding all together at night probably for good. No list for ice cream, they dont have a lot of flavors, barely any sandwhiches, or anything else listed on the menu barely. I doubt its the employees fault though, likely poor management and no accountability from the owner.

This used to be my favorite baskin robins but after watching the owner berate and speak in a disrespectful way to one of the employees, I wont be back.I tried to get his attention but he continued to ignore me. He then went to put on a filthy apron and wanted to wait on me.....I dont think so.....I came for ice cream not negative vibes nor the horrid customer service.

The last 3 times I have been there, they have been out of mint chocolate chip. Also the shake machine seems to go down alot. They dont seem to keep the icecream well stocked. Today 50%of the flavors were out. The coffee and doughnut section is always good.

If I could give a -10 I would. Stop in to get some ice cream. There was no per made quarts of the flavor we wanted. So we asked for hand packed guy looks at us and says we don’t have any hand pack quarts. Clearly visible when he opened the cupboard to look. Just a lazy ass employees who didn’t want the sale I guess.

First Baskin and Robbins Ive ever seen combined WITH a Dunkin Donuts. Ive cream and coffee go well together.

My mother daughter and I arrived at the store at about 9:55 pm the doors were unlocked so I parked the car and walked in to order only to be told to leave as soon as I entered and go to the drive thru. Every time I have been in the drive thru they did not have any of their flavors listed then when you ask the flavors they only name off 4 and if your lucky you can understand half of what they are saying. Lets just say we were escorted out of the lobby and constantly told to go to the drive thru. I am a manager at a fast food restaurant and I would never do this to a paying customer I would have locked the doord behind them taken their order and served it to them then excort them out. The manager handled all of this visit very poorly and I refuse to come back to this location.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! They wont fire a purposefully rotten Indian employee who shortchanges you and is SO RUDE. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE.

First off you cant understand the lady working there she doesnt speak clearly and its drive thru. Then she screams at us to come up to the window because we cant understand her. Just horrible customer service and i will not be going back to that location. No reason ever to yell at a customer just because we cant understand what she is saying. I work in customer service and if i treated a customer like that i would be fired.

Only drive-thru menu is 24hrs, unable to enter for ice cream. Walk-in hours are not posted, other locations are open later than this one for walk-in.The issue is that drive-through hours should be listed separately, and not mislead ice-cream seeking customers.

Horrible. Just horrible service. They didnt even know how to make an item on the menu. The drive through guy acted so dumb and rude so yea, will never go there again.
