I worked with Leo who helped with the granite and cabinet options which are very good quality at an affordable price. As a result, I also decided to update my bathroom vanity and counter. Throughout the process of demoing my existing kitchen, through installation of the cabinets, and granite counters, they were very flexible and had the entire job completed under three weeks. The crew, along with Leo and Steve were very friendly during both phases of the installation and quite detailed about their work to ensure your satisfaction. We came across Crown Granite at the Novi Home Show. We couldn’t believe their prices, felt they were too good to be true but we decided to take a chance. We were extremely pleased with our entire experience from visiting their showroom to the installation. Their cabinets are high quality- dovetail drawers, soft close doors and drawers. The granite is nice and thick. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!!

Absolute WORST experience with a contractor. They left my place an absolute mess, and claimed they cleaned it up after. They spilled hand soap into a nearby cat water bowl. A clock fell off the wall after they tore out the old countertops, and is now shattered. We agreed on a price, and they then told me it didnt include taxes or fees at the end....and the contract had the final price written on it. I would NEVER hire them again. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.

It wasn’t a good experience for as soon the got done installing the counter tops we had minor issues talk to the owner never came back to solve the problem on a year later kitchen sink fall apart from the granite talk to both top guys in a company none of them took any action I offer to pay themTo come back and fix it still never showed up I had to go to somebody else to take care of the issue

Highly recommend. They re-did my kitchen condo countertops and my bathroom sinks. There were some minor issues(back splash wasnt level), but they made sure the issues were resolved immediately.

Very satisfied with the granite top and the timing. Low score for the damage done by the installation crew with no response after couple of follow-ups. Dents in hardwood floor and damage on side-walls as granite was installed. Reached out to them to look at it, but I was ignored.

I met Steve and Leo from a contractor I hired to help remodel a master bath. I went to pick out the granite and had them cut it to rough size - the showroom is nice and has great examples of their stone. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful to someone that didnt know the wide range of granite available. They made me very happy with their customer service and all the support in choosing the right stone. After all of that, the price was unbelievable - very competitive - actually much less than two other places I went to. I plan to return for the next project as I know I will be welcomed back with respect and willingness to help!I

I just happened to meet steve at crown Granite by chance, I was pricing granite in the area and was frustrated with the cost. I seen his building and decided to go in. So glad that I did, Steves pricing and quality of workmanship is like no other this guys pricing cant be touched and his personality is one of a kind really cool guy thanks steve.

The prices were lower than other places we had checked but we found the remnant selection more limited. Unfortunately, other than price and the granite is pretty, nothing good to say. Communication with the sales associate and the employee cutting the stone was challenging. Although we did purchase from them we left feeling anxious that they missed something. Should have trusted our gut because we ended up returning three times because the side splashes were cut incorrectly - not straight and ultimately too short for both counter tops. In addition, the ceramic sinks already have nicks and chips in them after less than a month! The two we replaced were 21 years old and didnt have any chips. In general, our experience demonstrated the validity of the saying You get what you pay for and to follow your instincts. Would not recommend.

Steve Allos, owner, took care of us from day one until completion. He met every obstacle ease and good humour. Wed shopped the usual businesses along Indoplex Circle. Steve undercut their quotes for Black Galaxy granite by over $10/sq ft! There were some unforeseen sizing issues which caused Steves team to have to return twice. Both times were met with polite understanding, and quick action.Highly recommended!Chris

Got my granite countertops (kitchen + 3 bathrooms) installed by this company yesterday. The workmanship is excellent and staffs are friendly. Staffs always attended to our questions, worries, comments and complaints while they were working. They did a wonderful job and ensure all the debris are removed and areas cleaned. Everything turns out well except for a few light scratches on the countertops. Managed to get Steve to come over after the countertops were installed to remove all the visible scrtches. Now the countertops looks even better than the ones in their showroom. Not only that!!! Their price is much more cheaper than a few of the companies we have asked. I dont normally give 5-stars comments but this company should be commended for their good price, excellent workmanship and great after services. Trust me, you will definitely wont be dissappointed. One more thing. Im not paid to write this comment.

Counter installation was hastily done. Damaged trim moving counter through the house. Did not communicate that it was homeowners responsibility to reinstall cooktop and plumbing. Drilled sink off center and at angle. Zero clean up, left house a disaster.
