Ive used several audiologists and hearing aid providers over the past 25 years, and Oakland Hearing Aid Co is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and empathetic to the needs of their clients and goes the extra mile. The staff is so energetic and jovial that I looked forward to my appointments and I was consistently treated with care and understanding. All of that makes a considerable difference when navigating what can be a confusing and intimidating process.
