Almost all indian species and grocery brands from india are available..still its bit costlier. Thatai from Patel is my all tym favorite spicy snack.

Good selection of Indian and Pakistani grocery items. Sometimes Im not able to find everything, but thats expected of any store. Customer service is ok, theyre ready to help if needed.

If I could give them a negative 5 star I would, store is very dirty, not organized, staff is not friendly at all. If they would just invest a few bucks and clean up the appearance, it would make the shopping experience there so much nicer. Another example of taking your customers lightly, I guess most Indian restaurants and stores have taken it for granted and can’t behave anywhere close to being professional. Agreed you guys are in a very streamlined kind of business but we customers have other options too. Selling your prices wouldn’t hurt much but behaving ruthlessly doesn’t help any business

This is a fine grocery store specializing in Indian/Pakistani foods. It has fresh produce, breads, desserts. It has dry grocery like lentils, variety of high quality rice, spices from Pakistan. The shelves are well stocked and cashiers are quick to check out your purchases.

Wasnt organized like the one in Garden City, Ford Rd. No greetings. Cluttered.If you expecting to visit this store, yes you can buy Indian spices and foods from here. But expect to spend more time in the store. Layout is different and not organized.And many items in the cooler was missing price tags.

Quite interesting... I do enjoy shopping for certain indian cuisine items at this location; because it allows me to explore and experience it as much as i want!Although, it can be somewhat as crowded a small outdoor marketplace would be, i always find something New.

Not a place for non-Indians!Yesterday, when I went to this shop with my husband, this is the first time that I have been treated in such a rude way. I have been stared at from feet to head. The cashier was apparently making fun out of me. I had never face such rude and racist behavior, especially when my husband was around. The worst I got is a lot of questions of why I buy Indian food and if I really know how to cook Indian food.I dont know if its because of religious reason ( my husband is a Indian Jew but maybe she thought he was a Hindu and didnt like our supposedly interfaith marriage) or if its just cultural. I dont even know why someone will live in a country if they hate the local people.I shopped in quite a lot of Indian shop, in Israel and in the US and this is the first time I have been treated so badly.

I strongly believe health inspection is much needed. Found too many expired items. Found fungus on pita bread. Freezer barely working. Customer service need to be improved asap.

It is good Indian Store. Sometimes it is hard to find certain things. And sometimes few items may not be tagged . Overall it is good. quality is decent.

Horrible customer service. Not friendly toward Americans. Lady on the cash register was on the phone the whole time we were there. When we approached the register, she was still on her cell phone speaking in a foreign language, did not even look at us, not even telling us to put the credit card in the card reader. Did not tell us thank you when we left. Not sure if being rude is Cultural or Religious !! Freezers were practically empty, Vegetables were old & Soggy. Other customers walked into us accidentally not saying excuse me or..... HORRIBLE

Do not buy SWAD. Carries mostly SWAD brand in basic grocery which is a strategy to push their cheap SWAD brand. If u ask for other brands they are stubborn in their replies.They must add diversified range basic amenitiesof Indian brands to ensure repeat customers

Good place for Indian items but given the amount of Indian population around the area, they need to improve on layout and variety of goods. This is the smallest patel brothers store I have been in whole USA. Vegetables are not fresh and you could really see the difference in the quality when you visit some other stores in different states.

This place feels like you are in a Indian grocery shop, they have all commonly used products. Feels like home. Very friendly staff. I recommend to Indians who visit Michigan Southfield, united states.

Good place to get desi groceries. They are expensive compared to similar stores. Sometimes they get the bill wrong, so always check.They do have lot of North Indian varieties. Not much of South Indian or Sri Lankan products.

I am really upset with quality of Rajma Kashmir one . Soaked rajama for 12 hrs . But still some are soaked and many are stone hard .

Horrible experience. I would never ever go back there. when u ask them question they just look at u, like u r an alien. rude cashier. I said hello she didnt answer. it is part of her job to say hello. worst experience, the money they gave me back was $1 short and I just realized it after I came out of the store. I didnt even want to go back and ask for $1. I didnt want to see their rude attitude.

Very good Indian store for all type of groceries, vegetables,and Indian snacks of all parts of India such as south Indian, North Indian, Panjabi etc. Some kitchen equipments accessories are available but not much. All items are reasonabely priced and fresh.Free parking available with carts. Shop is having narrow isles and cart movement is little difficult.

Good place to do daily grocery, thought I avoid freezer stuff most likely frozen paratha or Naan. Because 2, 3 times in a row those were over froze or like they have been back to freezer after defrost.

Its a Standard Patel brothers that all indian Americans know and love.. Not so great produce selection.. Very crowded due to only one cashier jn weekends. but gets the job done.. If u want full fresh Indian produce and lots of other items I would head to the patel Brothers in Troy, this one just gets the job done, hence the 3 stars

Exaggerated prices

Big Indian Groceries chain stores. Lots of variety of yummy snacks. Vegitables, frozen food, raw cooking items like Basmathi Rice, spices, daals. Variety of fruits from Asian countries, Jackfruit and Mangos sometimes are good. For Vegetarians Vadilal ice cream is super yummy with lots of variety, natural and healthy.

Some items are marked up. Make sure you check the prices.
