I called their customer service/tech support with an industry standard bulb. I called twice, because I couldnt believe how little the first person knew about bulbs. Neither person (may have been the same person twice) I spoke to knew anything about automotive/miniature bulbs. They couldnt look up bulbs by base, or bulb shape. I guess I got spoiled by dealing with Wagner lighting through the years. Wagner had the bulbs by industry number. Philips has a good line of bulbs, but they need to have better people at tech support.
