Do not use for school instrument rental!! Took 4 weeks for them to tighten a screw on the instrument because they have to send it to the Troy location 30 minutes away. Was never given a payment book which was specifically stated in the contract so that we would know how much we owed and for how long. Was quoted one price to pay off instrument but they couldnt process it because they couldnt give me a receipt (?huh?). So I had to call the Troy office to pay the instrument off and they gave me a different amount that I owed to pay off the instrument. Was told the tech may or may not be in that week. You dont know? Not really sure what this location does because Im always referred to the Troy store to do anything.
