Excellent experience with them. They were so helpful and professional. I was able to rent a power wheelchair, have it picked up, try it for a month, and then buy it, all by phone, no problems at all. And they will service it, which none of the other stores I tried said they would. If I need any more medical equipment, Ill know where to go.

I had no idea this shop was near my home in Farmington Hills until I searched Google Maps. It was a bit challenging to find even after I knew the location, because it is on the first floor of an office building. It is a great place to find many items for home care and mobility equipment. Kumar was very accommodating and spent much time with me as I decided on an appropriate wheelchair for my father. He offered the wheelchair for a price that I cannot beat online. I bought the wheelchair on the spot after extensive internet research in the morning. It was so nice to find a shop offering quality products at a fair price, especially since it saved me time as I did not need to drive to another shop to compare. I will definitely return.

They were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were able to have the scooter I needed within a day. They took the time and showed me all the features of the scooter I rented. I just picked up my brand new Nova Star DX rollator from the store today. This was recommended by the owner of the store and I am pleased by the quality of this rollator. The owner was very helpful and gave me a good discount and assembled it for me and I also bought a few accessories. They threw my old rollator for me and even assisted me back to my car. I highly recommended this store for handicapped people looking for any DME supplies.

I had a great experience at Midwest. My mom’s walker was not opening and locking properly. She was in the car with me and she was upset because she couldn’t use it to go into a store. I called Midwest from my car and explained the problem. They said bring it right over. Their parking lot was very manageable. Easy to get their office on first floor. Both the owner and the other employee were so quick to help us. Took the walker and fixed it right away. Helped ease my mom’s frustration. They have a great supply of wheelchairs, scooters too. My mom also found a great tray for her walker and last time found a good knee brace. It’s so nice to have personalized one on one help. These are people who genuinely care about you. Highly recommend.

Plus,there wasnt a long wait to be helped.I needed a wheelchair while I await knee replacement surgery and a knee brace. I got the perfect light weight wheelchair and was fitted for the perfect off the rack knee brace which has limited the amount of time I need to use the wheelchair. Very concerned. They went that extra mile to help us out on getting a knee scooter at the last minute. We told them we need it NOW and they responded very caring and professionally. They stayed open longer than normal business hours and waited for us to arrive (I called them a half hour before closing) I HIGHLY recommend them for any medical equipment services.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Rented a scooter for the week to travel to D.C. Our second day in D.C. the charger for the unit stopped working. My husband called and without hesitation the owner asked for our hotel address to send a local repair man. Price to rent scooter was well priced and scooter worked perfectly after the new charger was delivered.

This my second time using Midwest and each experience was awesome. In the summer of 2018 they repaired my wheelchair. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and the cost was very reasonable. This month they repaired my recliner/lift chair and once again they exceeded all my expectations, the work was done fast and thoroughly and the price was excellent.

We recently rented a wheelchair from Midwest and I cannot get over the wonderful customer service that they provided. I had hoped I would only need it for a week but we kept it for a month. Midwest recommended at the initial rental date that if we were to require the chair longer than a week that it is more cost effective to rent for a month and to just give them a call after the first week and they would extend the rental. They were also not terribly concerned about the return date. He said that if I could not get it back on the exact date not to be concerned. They would not charge for an extra day or two. V Very nice and easy to work with. Took the stress out of that aspect of the situation.

Once again Midwest came through for me! My mother in laws battery died on her scooter and I needed an immediate replacement. The swap was done quickly so she did nit have a long time without it! They are always willing to help out in anyway. Great guys! They are my go to shop for medical supplies! Thank you!

Great customer service!!!!! I was in a bind and needed a remote for my grandmothers chair. The repair company I called never showed and I really needed the remote because it was stuck in the recline position. I drove to the facility and was greeted very nice. I told them what I needed and it was addressed with much urgency. I was given an even better updated remote for a very good price. Everything worked out and the day was saved. Thank you guys!!!!!

My mother is handicapped and needs a mobility scooter to travel even short distances. She has been getting the run around with the insurance company on her 5 year old scooter that they stated has to be replaced instead of fixed but they are taking her through loops.....down to where Midwest comes in......We planned a birthday trip for my mom and she was really stressed out and didnt want to go because of he mobility issues. Her scooter had a key broke off in the ignition, it was making an annoying buzzing noise and wouldnt start. The day before the road trip I took the scooter in praying that they could fix it and that the repairs wouldnt cost as much as a new scooter and a miracle happened. They were compassionate and got the scooter fix the same day at a very fair price....we are currently on vacation and my mother feels so much better being able to get around on her own. :) You all Rock !!!

These gentlemen were awesome!!!I had been getting the run around from the insurance company and the doctors office. Long story, each one saying they needed proof that my wife was in need of a wheelchair, although she had recently broken her foot and was unable to use crutches, due to her weight.Anyway, I called around and talked to different places. Midwest was very accommodating, pleasant and willing to work with us about renting a wheelchair for a few months.. I would recommend them. And I will be returning for a walker. Midwest delivered our rental chair to our home on a weekend, and it was waiting for us when we got home from the airport! These guys are awesome! We were visiting Michigan and flying back to the west coast on Labor Day and needed an oxygen machine. Not only did Amarji answer the phone, he also trusted us to bring his machine to the west coast and return it to him later. AND, the most amazing part, he brought the machine to us because we had already returned our rental car. I would highly recommend them for the customer service alone!
