My company has now worked with Claws Custom Boxes on two separate orders, both orders being magnetic presentation boxes and they came out beautiful both times. I worked directly with Rich Donnell on the latter order and he was very responsive, answering questions for me every step of the way. Only tip would be to order earlier than later, international shipping can take more time than expected.

I bought 468 boxes from Claws Custom Boxes. The sales rep, Rich Donnell, was professional, responsive to inquiries, and worked hard on resolving issues. Claws did a very good job with the designs and specification of the boxes. The boxes were shipped flat and were easy to assemble. However, the magnets and corner glue worked better on some boxes than others. Since the boxes were shipped from overseas, Claws Custom should have packed the boxes in better shipping materials to protect them from damages during their travel. Otherwise, thank you, Rich, for doing your best. I will consider ordering from Claws Custom Boxes again.

We submitted 2 orders to Claws Custom Boxes over the last couple of months. Max was very quick to respond throughout both processes.Our first order made me extremely nervous when I saw our shipment was coming from Dubai. We received it later than was requested and confirmed. I was not disappointed with the quality of the product and it prompted me to give Claws the benefit of the doubt for our first order.Our second order went off without a hitch. All of our deadlines were met, and we received an excellent product that our client can be proud to present.

I was very nervous at first with their address in the states and their phone number, but Max was so nice and helpful from start to finish. I had many questions for him and he answered every single question I had for him. Our boxes look amazing and shipping was very fast even with their production being out of the country. The quality is great for the price that we paid and the packaging was well done and I had no boxes with any issues when I pulled the inventory out. I had the best experience ordering custom boxes from this company. The man I worked with was super responsive and easy to work with. The boxes came in about 9 days which is a ridiculously good turnaround time for the quantity I ordered and the fact that they were custom made.
