What a place to shop at and get all your needs till it comes to the cashier by the first name of “D” whom never greeted me nor helped me while she took a phone call on her watch as I stood there waiting to be helped. Very poor cashier she was! That should not be acceptable or tolerated to any customer like myself. I will definitely not have her help me again.

Rude employees, never greeted me anytime I was in the store. NEVER ask about my rewards card ( I have to let them know).

Rude sales person in clothes department, I felt like I was being watched the entire time. I asked what the problem was but she didnt give an explanation. She even had the audacity to ask for a security check over the intercom. I didnt know browsing for clothes was an act of a crime. I feel discriminated. I dont appreciate being treated like I did something wrong.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Twice now I have ordered things on line to be picked up in the store. Two different stores, Bloomfield, New Mexico and Farmington, New Mexico. The website both times specifically stated all items were in stock. Both times they didnt have what I ordered in stock yet they still billed my card. I order on line to save time yet I spent 45 minutes each time trying to get this corrected. Your system is flawed. Perhaps you do this thinking if you can get the customer in the store, they will impulse buy. I dont know but now you have lost a customer for life. Fix your system.

Terribly snobby, NRA Fudd gun salesmen. Basically tried to force us to buy his choice of pistol and didnt listen to our concerns at all. He was very rude then left when we refused to buy his suggestions. We bought from a nice lady instead and will always shop elsewhere for firearms now.

Well trying to buy a firearm was the worst experience ever. Ive purchased several from other retailers and by far this is the absolute worst place to buy from. The manager and assistant manager are both worthless! They took forever and they didnt know the passwords to even make the sale. Then they thought they had to get vehicle information like vin numbers and registration. They also had to walk the firearm out to the parking lot and give it to you when you get to your vehicle. They also dont enforce the public mandate to wear masks inside the business. Numerous people are walking around without tgeir masks and some employees are even not wearing masks... If they dont know the proper procedures then they have no business selling firearms!!! And since its a $100 fine to not wear a mask out in public they are breaking the law and allowing the law to be broken in their stores...

I am a previously employee at this store. I am not sure what is going on there but there is no coustmer service. Its sad when you have to call the store to get any coustmer service. One of the assistant managers (a gentleman) seen me standing there and just continued to walk right past me with no care in the world. I continued going there to purchase my dog food and also my chicken food until today. I will no longer shop at the this Big R and I will shop elsewhere. I really hope that something is done to prevent this from happening to anymore of your coustmers.

Love the Big R stores! This store did not disappoint! We walked around about an hour and loved checking it out. So much to look at and so little time. You can find things that you cant find anywhere else! Well worth visiting!!!

The location is perfect for a quick drop by. They had everything I needed and at a great price. They also had their air conditioning on and it felt wonderful.

Overall its a nice place to shop for western attire, the employees are rude. I was talked down on by an employee for my son wondering for 4 minutes! I believe retail sales is her line of work, not social work. Not very professional of her.

One of my favorite stores for livestock feed.

It never fails that there are two cashiers and one is busy helping with a large item pickup and the other one just stands there and never asks if she can help, she just asks the cashier thats busy when the next cashier comes in so she can go on break. Every. Single. Time. Same girl each time, too.
