I went in today and I was so excited to finally be able to buy a new fridge cash up front and of course I hear all kinds of good things about this place. Unfortunately I was not met with the enthusiasm I was hoping for about purchasing from them. I expect when doing business on a large appliance I would receive the same customer service that all these other reviews are raving about. Nope I did not get that and I am truly disappointed.

Vary happy bought my fridge there about 5 months ago. The fridge I got stopped working and they sent someone right over and got it fixed I appreciate it!!! Thanks chris!

Talked to Chris and he was more excited about buying displays from the Sears that closed than he was talking to me about appliances. Even though they had a big selection the prices were much higher other stores. We bought elsewhere.

I wish I could give Quality Appliance 6 stars.... I have purchased every appliance I have bought for 25 to 30 years... would not shop anywhere else for appliances. I’m always treated like I am their number one favorite customer, every single time.. but this time they went above and beyond and got my refrigerator from Whirlpool replaced completely. This would not have happened if I had to try and do it on my own. Besides wanting their customers to be completely 100% satisfied, they act in such a timely manner. Thank you to Ray and his staff!

Went in and bought a used drier. Ray spent 1/2 an hour with us picking out exactly what we needed and asked all the right questions. The drier we picked was 1/2 the price of a new one and works perfectly. Told us they would be there in 30 min to deliver and install....they were there in 20 min. Best guys around and they repair everything. Very honest and up front about any other costs.

Wonderful company! I have been a customer at Quality Appliance for years. I have bought quite a few appliances and all have been great. I recently bought an appliance that had an issue. It was a very puzzling one to say the least and was a little difficult to figure out. But Ray and his staff were wonderful and very diligent to get the problem resolved. I have had a few exp.s with Quality Appliance, all of which were fantastic. From start (scheduling) to finish (getting the issues assessed and fixed) they were top notch. There is a reason they have been in business for so long and I found out first hand just why. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed!!

We needed appliances for a home we were building. We needed advice and quality appliances throughout. Ray waited on us and was very knowledgeable. He listened to discover what was important to my wife. Then he suggested the right products and supplied them for a very fair price. We had his staff install them. We had a great experience and felt like he was looking out for our best interest. We will go back again.

It was excellent!My mama always said dont never say never!Sooo!!! I will say I do not plan on Ever, Ever Ever to purchase appliances any where but Quality Appliance. I Have purchased a Refrigerator, washer dryer and dishwasher all in last two years from LOWES! Worst decision ever. Worst service, worst warranty service and the ones that subcontract for them should mot be allowed in your home. Had to have washer fixed just months after we purchased it. Had to wait for someone to come from Albuquerque because Farmington ones NEVER SHOWED UP AND were swamped. NOT GOOD.Needed a range. Went in expecting good service and that is exactly what I got. Daniel was so helpful, knowledgeable and no pressure.Bought it on Monday. Delivered on Tuesday. Olan was wonderful. So professional and on the ball.Best experience EVER.Lowes actually would have been more. Taken two weeks to get. And HOPING THEY WOULD DELIVER WITHIN 2 Weeks if they actually got it in.I bought Maytag range.Lowes told me they charge $140 to install! $35 to cart old one off. Quality charged $65 to install with new gas line! Delivery, and cart old one Off. Licensed and bonded. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.Only reason i did not give them a 5 was I have not experienced having anything serviced. Im expecting no change in service if I do.EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

Called and made an appointment took the day off work so I could meet them between 1:00 and 3:00. I made it very clear I would be home and provided them with directions. They called at 4:20, I called back at 4:29 and they had already sent the repair guy out on a different job. When I called back the manager that I spoke with Chris was rude and implied that it was my fault because I did not pick my phone up right away. If I could give them a negative rating I would. O by the way what they where coming to repair was purchased from them and had been used less then 5 times.

Disgusting Customer Service.Called to our house to service an appliance. Without even checking/pulling up a model number for our appliance, proceeded to write an invoice for how much it would be to repair appliance-parts & labor. What! Are you psychic? Furthermore, in-store owners attitude is take it-or leave it. Well, we left it & went across town.

I hate the fact that I have to give at least one star. My wife and I went to this store looking for a cooktop. The one they had was over $200.00 more than another quote I had from a local dealer. They acted like I was lying to them and said it was impossible that anyone would honor that quote. (we bought the cooktop that day from another local dealer) They were not pleasant and quite rude. This one business I will never consider for any appliance needs.

This place is too expensive. They wanted over $120.00 for a stove part that I got across town for $65.00. Unfriendly and rude too. I wont go back again.
