I took my car in for an estimate recently. It was a pleasant experience. A necessary part isnt available until the end of the month due to the pandemic.

I would give them 10 stars! They made our deer accident look like it never happened. Our car returned so pretty and shiny, and they even detailed the entire inside, too. Felicia sent the estimate to our insurance and took care of the paperwork, Brandon kept us informed of the progress while it was in the shop, and they had it all completed and returned to us two days early!! This is a TOP-NOTCH facility!!

For one we took our 2017 Jeep Cherokee in after I hit a deer. They get the parts and don’t even check them. They called us and rescheduled pick up 6 times. First time they got all our parts and realized they got the wrong part when they went to put our car back together. Then they had trouble finding the part. Then the new part they ordered was busted. They refused to take responsibility for their problem. Said they wouldn’t do anything if our car wasn’t done by a certain date. They need to train their employees to check and see if they ordered the right parts. Overall I’ll never take my car back to them

Amazing service. Fast and friendly. My car was back in 2 days. After repairing front end damage caused by a raccoon, my car was washed, waxed and windows cleaned. But wait, thats not all, they completely detailed the inside as well. My car hasnt been this clean since the day I purchased it. I will never use an other collision repair center, these folks are top notch.

Redfield did a great job fixing the body damage on my car. I was very pleased with the results... except for when I got my car home and went to get the stuff out of my trunk that I had left there, I noticed that someone had stolen my nice 30 oz. Yeti cup... thanks guys... keep your hands off other peoples stuff!

I brought my 2017 Camaro to them on two occasions to paint my new spoiler and then fill and paint a couple screw holes. They matched my black mosaic metallic paint expertly. I wasn’t sure if “better than factory” was a thing until now, but I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. I look forward to using them again for future projects!

A turkey took out the passenger side mirror of our car. Redfield not only fixed it but did it under budget and faster than expected!

They are extremely slow at getting the repairs done in a timely manner. Took over 3 weeks to get our vehicle back. They also tried to up charge more then the typical percentage on parts. I called them out on it and magically the price got lower.

Yeah, I hate to do this especially since they still have my car. But I hit a deer on my way to move from STL to TX on 11/16. My insurance suggested I tow my car here bc it was close to the accident scene. Redfield texted (yes texted) my Mom how thankful they were to be getting the work for my car. They originally texted her that my car would be done on 11/30, then updated it to 12/5. I was in TX and had to fly back to get my car. Two days before the 5th, I was about to call to make sure my car would be fixed before I paid $400 for a one way plane ticket (last minute costs), but they texted my Mom again that they were on schedule.. Two days later, I call before driving down to Farmington and Chris told me that they werent even close to being done. He then says he was waiting on some parts but that it should be done by 12/7 evening. I get off of the phone with him and not even an hour later, my Mom gets a text saying itll be done 12/11 or after. I called back and Chris states he only changed the date to that for insurance reasons.. Today is 12/7, I call Chris at noon (he was supposed to call me with an update), left a message then call an hour later.. He gives me the update that the car isnt even painted nor cleaned yet and it wont be until 12/10.. Not only do they take forever, however they give you scam updates, most likely to milk your insurance out of more money. Now, Im stranded in STL, still carless, I might have to take off of more work and I live almost 2 hrs away, so I cant just go down the street to them. Im LIVID but I have to wait bc I need my car back!

I took my truck to Redfield Collision Center in Farmington for body work. I dropped it off on March. 6, 2014. I was told my truck should be ready by Friday March 14. I called and spoke to Jim on the 13th and he said my truck would be ready late Monday (17th) or early Tuesday. It wasnt ready and Jim told me it would be ready late Wednesday. I just spoke with Jim this morning (Wednesday), now he is saying my truck will not be ready until tomorrow ( Thursday). This is first time I have ever used Redfield and it will be the last. They cant keep the word and they just keep stringing you along. If they do everyone as they have done me, I do not know how they stay in business.
