Good place to go and sit and wait, staff keeps you occupied as you watch them all talk about compound bows as your car just sits in the lot. Decent quality shop, poor quality workers. Dont come if youre in a hurry, id only come if a booked a appointment.

I’m out of town when I receive a call my boys car had a small issue having a rock stuck between the wheel and his tire! I instructed him to go to Plaza Tire near our home. I called plaza setting up that he would be in if they had availability which thank goodness they did although it was the end of a working day. They also noticed his brake light was out. I told them to take care of my boy and I’d pay for it. They called me back once they had everything done which was an awesome customer service experience keeping my child out of harms way! Had to stop here on our way from St. Louis to Arkansas because of a low tire indicator and a fused air cap on the tire. They replaced the stem and patched the tire, and had us on our way. Most of the time I expect tire shops to upsell you, especially if they dont know you, but that didnt happen. Very reasonable and everyone was very kind!

I had a flat tire and the tire could not be fixed. The truck had Goodyear tires and the store did carry Goodyear tires so the manager special ordered the tire. When the tire came in Plaza tire installed the new tire and backed the truck out on the driveway. They told me the vehicle was ready to go. I went outside and checked underneath the bed of the truck. The spare tire was loose and the valve stem side of the tire was installed where you could not check the tire pressure. I told the cashier about it and they had to bring the truck back in the bay and redo the job. Im am glad I checked the work before paying the bill. I guess Plaza Tire does not have very smart people working for them.

I work right next door to Plaza Tire. Never visited before today, I was having a horrible day. The stores inside appearance was very clean and neat. they were so nice and quick! I had to leave my vehicle there until I got off at two. I came back after still having a bad day and lugging my 2 year old along. They were so polite about my lateness, and even gave me a free oil change voucher for the day! Their kindness, and hard work has my business forever!

I went to get oil change, everyone was polite The place was packed with customers left my car I’m gonna say it was about 1230 and the service was good I had my car before 230 I also asked about some tires and before I left I had a sheet of with prices for new tires and the prices I was in and out the service was wonderful and very professional.

I was having 4 tires mounted that I purchased from them. The tech came in and notified the manger that I had a tire pressure sensor bad, which I was aware of. I give them permission to change the sensor. Note, the tech noticed the sensor was bad because of the light and message in the information center in my truck. The tech never tested the sensors prior to changing it. When they were finished with my truck the light was still on but they were closed at that time. I returned to the store only for the sales rep to insist that the sensor that is showing bad now is not the one they changed and that this sensor went precisely when they were finished. What it boils down to is they changed the wrong sensor and the “sales rep” will not admit to it.

Was charged $72.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. WITH a $25.00 off coupon!!! Then told I needed a front end alignment, which I didnt. plaza tire are crooks and rip-off Artist!! Beware of them and dont believe anything they say as all they want to do is get deeper in your pocket!

Took me right in to repair my tire, friendly, professional .But one week later and lost a lug not off the tire that was repaired. Replaced it and found one other loose. So make sure you ask to recheck lug nut tightness before leaving.This can happen at any location exactly the same way, has no reflection on the facility.No further actions need, just pointed out for your handling and trainingI got replacement matching lug nut and have installed it and frightened the rest.

The guy that was taking our money and scheduling appts., was one of the rudest people I have ever seen he got into a confrontation with my husband only because my husband was worried about how long it was taking and ask if maybe there was a problem with the sensors on the wheels since he knows how easy it is to knock one off while changing a tire. Just that one question set that dude off instantly ended up telling the mechanics to hurry up with my car so they could get us out of there, then turned to us and told us to NEVER come back!

Tire Plaza Service is trustworthy. I scheduled an appointment with Tire Plaza to have my two front tires changed. They answered questions easily on what they best recommended for my vehicle, and if I wanted something done a certain way they would still do it upon request. They took very well good care of my car. Something I like about them is they check other aspects on your car that is related to what they are working on. For example, while I was getting my tires replaced they also checked my alignment and informed me that it was slightly off and offered to have it realigned. It was an extra $69.00 but I feel that if I went to the place here in town that they would not have offered a realignment or informed me about it, so that was a plus. I also would have drove my car unaware of the alignment, so it was worth the extra. For as busy as they were, they attended to people as fast as they could and as accurately as they could. I was impressed with the guy at the front counter. With 1,000,000 things going on, he completed everything on his checklist from left and right. And the most impressive thing I about my experience with Tire Plaza was their logo “Guaranteed Within an Hour”... 100% true. Appointment at 9:00am. Checked in at 8:55am. Paid at 10:00am! Left at 10:02am! 😱 Crazy!! And they were super busy. Super super. Pleasure doing business with you Plaza Tire and thank you for taking great car of my car.

I had an appointment for a state inspection this morning. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and asked about the mileage on my car in case an inspection wasnt required. It was however, since it was over the threshold. They inspected my car in a short time, and said all was good. They didnt try to sell me anything unnecessary, which I appreciate, so I was out of there within 30 minutes or so. This is probably the third time Ive used them for tire issues and todays visit, and theyve always been great.

Fast friendly service and a very reasonable price. Came in with a nail in a tire. Chris at the service counter wrote up the order and got me in to a bay in minutes. 45 minutes later I was on the road, for $20. I’ll be back for sure.

Visited plaza tire in Farmington for the first time as I just moved from St. Louis. I was greeted promptly and even though they were busy they were able to get my car in and serviced right away. Check out was detailed and I received a senior discount which was very nice since I lost my job due to covid. I am happy to be in their system now and will use them for future service.

I faithfully took my vehicle to the dealer for any service needed. Until I went with my little girl and they discovered I had a nail in a tire. Instead of removing and patching it, I was told I needed to make an appointment to have the nail removed. With my toddler in tow I was unethically and unprofessionally sent on my way. Leading me to seek assistance from Plaza Tire, Farmington. Where I was treated with the utmost respect and appreciation for choosing to give them my business. Since then we have purchased a set of tires, had all of our oil changes there and have now put on a set of brakes. Although it is very difficult to get in they manage to do so most of the time. They have found loyal customers in us from here on out. To Sam Scism service department, I shall use a quote from The Pretty Woman, movie. “Big Mistake, huge!!!” A simple patch cost you all of our service business as well as our ever purchasing another vehicle at the Park Hills location. I went to auto tire this morning for an allignment and tire change for my truck they over charged me they balanced a tire on the back of my truck u dont balance back tires they charged me for my wheel allignment when my dad told them to put it on his card the service was lousy I got there atn730 this morning I just now got back home it took them over 2 hours to do a 5 minute job Im very dissatisfied with there service I wont be going back there
