Thought I ran over something to have the bottom cover fall off, but I realized I never went over anything high or bumpy that would cause it to come off. Since I got my oil change last Sat July 17. 2021 for the price of oil u would think they do a good job.

The staff are friendly, pleasant, professional, and explanatory in their services. Derek helped me and was assuring and provided options for tires...a trait missing in a lot of tire companies; the staff go beyond and assist their customers. Thats what I like best about Discount Tire in Farmington. They have my attention and I will continue to give them business. Thank you!

The guy that checked me in had great customer service and told me right off what they will do and the cost of the service. I got there half an hour before they closed and took me right in. Usually other places would tell you to come back tomorrow, they didnt. Kudos to the guy thats a Lakers fan. Big plus to return. Lol.

So I bought the online certificate to save money. I ended up still paying for higher service due to the location not having the proper equipment. Then I wanted to have my in cabin filter replaced. Filters run $25 and way cheaper but they had a filter for $70. No thank you. Then they offer the filter at cost which was $35. So thats a huge up charge. No thank you. Now Im home and I found parts to my cabin filter sitting on my dash. Service was quick but obviously too quick. Im really happy they asked for a review but I still have a certificate to use and Im probably not going to this site and I dont think anyone else should.

Decent quick lube service. They are always pleasant and efficient, even when busy. I dont appreciate the upselling on unnecessary items, which could easily trick unsuspecting customers. For instance, I was told I needed to replace my fuel filter today (even though it was replaced recently and showing 80% life) and that I needed to have chips on the windshield fixed (even though they are already filled/fixed).

I came in right before closing. All the guys were happy to help me with my needs and got me out in under 30 minutes. Everyone was professional and very helpful. I definitely recommend them.

They were able to get a satisfying work an hour before closing time. Polite and professional. Now my truck runs better than when I first brought it in.

Service was relatively fast, just kinda annoying having them trying to get you to buy a bunch of add ons. I get thats their job but they were just really pushy and it bothered me. Getting your car serviced is expensive enough without them pestering you to spend more

As I understand this is a pandemic and things have changed and offering to sit in the vehicle is now optional I chose this option and I tell you it was a bad choice by the unprofessionalism that was given by the employees.first off I was told all they had was synthetic oil and I needed an oil change so I said ok and while waiting in my car an employee named Ian I believe cussed up a storm about customers and his life. Also he refused to do brakes and told the other employee to do it if he wants but he will tell them they dont have time to do brakes. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. If I could get my money back I wish I could.

Great customer service and very quick

Quick, efficient and. helpful. The cashier answered questions I had about information on the lobby television PSAs.

It was a good experience. They did try to offer any and all extra services that could possibly exist but took no for an answer and weren’t too pushy. The service time was good. They were cognizant of Covid restrictions and offered to let me stay in my car if I wanted.

They did an excellent job. Offered to fix my window chip. Very polite employees. Highly recommend this facility.

Everything was wonderful today but the.last time I had my.oil change my oil was leaking and had to tighten it up and it stop. So I told them that and never had problem. Good services and customers service was great.

Well first of all there calling me a lady which Im not I dont know if its out of hatred or whatever and they tell me my oil pan is damaged and transmission is leaking, they kind of overcharged me for the oil changed and lied to me about not having the cheaper one. I took it to local garage nothing is wrong with the oil pan it just looks the way it is and nothing is wrong the transmission I dont get why you people are doing this to me just being inconsiderate just like the Jiffy Lube in Gallup NM where they lied about some things too. Will not come back to this location ever again this unprofessional and shady!!!!!

Guys werent busy when i showed up but they were ready to work. Doors open and waiting. I had tried going to another location. Employees were just chilling. No customer care. This location has my business.

The employee that helped at the counter tried to charge me an additional fee of $10 for sythetic oil upgrade, when I was already getting a full synthetic oil change. The employee stated this was for using Pennzoil rather than the Kendall brand.The employee then gave me a run down of the condition of my vehicle and indicated that the oil level was overfull. The last oil change was done by Jiffy Lube on the other side of town. So obviously, the Jiffy Lube folks were the ones responsible for the oil overfill.When my vehicle was presented to me at the completion of the oil change, the windows which were supposed to have been cleaned were smeared.That will be last time I use Jiffy Lube for vehicle oil changes.

I got there in the morning after they opened so I my vehicle was service right away.Dude to the situation, they their safety and sanitation protocol implemented; they opened the doors, wore gloves, had hand sanitizer available for customers, seating was 6 apart.The only thing frustrating was checking the website, their location had only 1 coupon available and it wasnt what I needed. Other locations did but I had to stay in that area of town.Overall, Good service.

Very shoty service, being long time Jiffy customers, we know how they are very thorough but not this location. Didnt top off windshield fluid or reset our Maintenance Required indicator. We had to go to different location

We took our 2019 Jeep in for an oil change...only we didnt get it done because they werent sure what oil filter to use and they made us wait over an hour...very unprofessional.

They did not clean windows or vacuum. Normally in Gallup I get great service with this.

The service at this location was alright, and the staff was very friendly. They made some mistakes while performing the oil change however, and failed to properly reconnect the housing for my air filter. Clean facility and nice folks, but they made some mistakes.UPDATEThe new manager at this location reached out to me and resolved the issue, something I didnt expect. I would be happy to recommend working with him.
