Lots of fabric and art supply. The people are very helpful and if you are lost even some of the customers might help. A great place to get the supplies you need for the project you need.

I came in to get a specific tie blanket for granddaughter that they said they had online and I went in and couldn’t find it for the life of me. I asked Sarah for help and she was on a mission! She didn’t stop hunting for it until she found it and was only 1 left after. Really great customer service.....will be coming back.

If you are ordering online, keep in mind that you will be charged double until up to 48 hours after the order is completed. I placed an order yesterday and the charge of $209.19 came through as pending in my bank register soon after placing the order. Then today, I saw two additional charged of $69.34 and $31.48 without any explanation from Joann Fabrics. I called the store and spoke with a representative who stated that this is their policy, that they charge the total amount first, then as each item is shipped or picked up they charge for those items. After the whole order is sent or picked up, the initial charge totaling the entire order will be dropped up to 48 hours later. She said that the only way to change that is for me to provide them the email to my bank so they can request an expedited process. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT JOANN FABRICS AGAIN!!! They will be charging me $418 which makes my auto-draft bills in the next few days either be rejected or instigate overdraft fees. I will find another way to purchase my fabrics from now on. I will not support these unethical practices, even if I have enough money in the bank to go double my invoice total for a couple days. It is unethical and cruel during these times when everyone is suffering because of covid. If it werent for that, it would still be unethical, especially since they do not have any disclaimers before you complete your order, and do not confirm or explain in emails regarding these extra temporary extra charges.

Decent selection, but very cramped. I doubt anyone in a wheelchair could easily navigate the store. The aisles are very tight and claustrophobic and even more so with Covid-19 restrictions. There is not enough room for people to pass in an aisle and end caps run into where people wait in line to pay. Huge selection of fabric and other sewing supplies. This store would be better suited for a larger location.

Limited stock, not what it use to be. Customer service has gone way down.

My favorite place to be and love to browse all the fabrics for new projects at my convenience. Just dont favor the online store so much.

I love this store, I just wish it was bigger! Not enough yarn selection for me. However, when I have a crafting need, this is the first place I visit.

Its not as good as it used to be when I worked here but good for a quick run when needed. @Jennifer Neal yes they are ADA compliant because I was there when they put in new the floor and measured the aisles to make them ADA compliant. They are exactly 3 wide.

Stood at the checkout counter for several minutes before Kathy finally came over. Didnt say hello, didnt apologize for the wait, simply will this be all? Had a phone coupon, she tells me my total and doesnt even acknowledge my phone coupon which was sitting inside the quilt hoop I was purchasing and starts bagging my items. Finally grabs my phone and scans the coupon and tells me my new total. No personality whatsoever and came across as she was either hating her job or having a crap day. Thanks for taking it out on me Kathy, merry Christmas to you too. 😠

This store IS NOT ADA COMPLIANT and corporate doesnt care! My husband and I could barely get our narrow stroller through the main aisles, let alone between fixtures. I immediately knew it wasnt ADA compliant and thought about what a nightmare it would be for anyone in a wheelchair. My husband contacted corporate and they returned a letter that essentially said they are aware of the issue but unless someone causes a real big to do or takes legal action that they have no plans to make adjustments. (Wish I had taken a photo of that letter!!) I think thats an awful way to run a business, very nonchalantly thoughtless. Theyve lost my business, forever.
