Just had a phenomenal experience at Bisti Bikes! I came in on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Bisti has a good inventory of pre-owned bikes. Most of them look brand new! What I was most impressed with however was the top notch customer service and incredible expertise. Sheldon the owner, and Hayden the bike tech were so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I also really appreciated the fact that they were never condescending about my lack of knowledge around cycling. I was so impressed in fact, that I came back during the week to purchase a tri-bike. I had only intended to buy a single bike for myself however because of their competitive pricing and first class customer service I ended up getting a bike for the whole family, as well as, several other accessories.I will definitely purchase from Bisti bikes again and would happily recommend to friends and family. I discovered Bisti Bikes when I was interested in buying an E-bike. They are not at this time an E-bike shop, but they agreed to take on the task of retrofitting an existing mountain bike to make it electric. Great job, and they willingly followed up with adjustments after installation. I think that they learned a lot, and would enthusiastically pursue the business of E-bikes in the future. Two thumbs up for their work and innovation!

Nice and knowledgeable employees. Prices are a little higher than big box stores, but its a local shop and worth supporting.

I have a XSPEC folding moutian bike ordered for my early birthday gift yet I had trouble so my wife told me to take it to them so I did. I arrived late an explained my deliama they fixed it an charged me at a rate that blew my mind an my bike runs now. Thank you after 20yrs Im riding an owning my own bike! I recommend Bisti Bicycles!

So, I decided to upgrade my bike, and went by several shops today looking for a quality bike at a reasonable price. In the process I found Bisti bikes. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and egar to help with any of your questions with out passing any judgment. I highly recommend them if you are looking for accessories, or want to up grade your bike, or need some maintenance on your current bike. I will definitely be back for all my biking needs.

AMAZING customer service! I was down from Colorado and in a pinch with a broken dropper post cable called 505 Bicycles first and they were zero help. Rolled into Bisti Bicycles and they had it fixed and I was on my way back to the trails in less than 30 minutes! Very friendly and reasonable prices! I highly recommend this shop.
