We arrived at 1230 pm and were told we had to wait til 1 because everyone had gone to lunch. We didnt mind the wait as we had planned for a possible shuttle to take us to our choice of lunch as well but that was not a service provided during the pandemic. Overall.... we were satisfied and hope to return for future services.

I had a recall on the airbag in my Denali and had an appointment at 8:00am this morning. I brought it in and had to stay while they worked on it. I let them know that I had to be to work at 9:30 and not only did they get started on it right away, but they had it done and I was at work on time. The service department was very fast and efficient. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to these guys. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

Vehicle not safe at location. Very expensive hitch stolen off of truck. Was told there were no cameras in the area they parked our vehicle in no offer or assistance to make things right. Just told not sure what to tell us. We entrust our vehicle to you, the least you can do is offer protection and security for vehicles in your care.

Experience was horrible in service department, like usual. Since I purchased my vehicle, something is always wrong with it. Every time I come in, the service desk employees are always rude and not helpful! I had Blaine tell me I dont know or thats not my department, when I was trying to ask about warranty on my 2016 Verono battery, which was put in there at the shop. I couldnt take his attitude anymore so I told him your no help and I would like to speak to someone else. I then talk to Jacque and he was the same exact way. He was going to charge me $80 for them to put in my battery and when I called Aztec GMC, they quoted me $65. I let Jacque know and he flat out told me Well go take it to Aztec. Like I dont understand why these people work here if they dont want to be helpful or nice! I reported to the main Manager, he told me someone would call, but its been 2 days and no one has called. I really wish I didnt have to have my car serviced there but thats where I purchased my vehicle. Awful experience and I hope no one else has experienced this or will experience this.

Then when we returned to get her car back he sat at his desk for 10 mins while we stood there waiting for him as he was doing absolutely nothing. Watch out when buying from this dealership!!!!!!! I just bought a brand new 80,000 dollar truck from them. I live out of state and had them ship it to me, (because of the low inventory nation wide) after we agreed on the price and agreed for them to pay taxes, title and registration I gave them a 10k down payment and made my first truck payment of $1,300. Then I got hit with another payment of $1,300 from my dmv to pay for the balance/difference of the “taxes, titles and registration.” I was confused 🤷‍♂️ “why do I have balance for the same price as my truck payment?” I called and spoke to management and asked what’s going on and they told me “sorry we made a mistake, we’re not familiar with Nevada tax rates etc.... so you got to pay the difference for our mistake, Sorry there is nothing we will do for you, it’s in the fine print.”I told them that “this is a mistake that you guys made and you making me pay for it, that’s not cool! That’s really bad business!”again they said “sorry nothing we can do for you bud.”A major dealership like this won’t pay a small difference from there huge pockets to help the “little guy” where there mistake. This is the kind of greedy, shady dealership your dealing with, they don’t care about return customers, that’s obvious. They just want to make that sale at any cost and they give off the vibe of a typical “sleazy car sales lot.” I should have looked at the reviews before I bought, there is plenty of bad ones on here for a reason. Ralph the finance manger and Dan the sales manager were both full of“sorry nothing we can do for you bud.” A really professional way of saying “f$&@ off!”

Just today, my husband and I were awaiting approval of a loan for a specific vehicle on this dealers lot. We were told the loan was approved but they were just waiting for confirmation that our proof of income had been accepted. They had hoped this confirmation would come today, but were having computer issues, so would most likely be Monday for them to hear from the lender. 30 minutes after the phone conversation about the loan, we were advised that the vehicle we wanted had just been sold. What horrible business practice! We WILL buy a vehicle, but NEVER from this dealer. STAY AWAY!

I had a bad review of my experience there but this is no reflection of how the sales department and Amanda preformed. She was the most understanding person and she answered all my questions before purchasing my vehicle. She helped me with all that she could offer during my purchase. My review of her and the sales department is five stars all the way. I dont understand why High Country sells Kia, scheduling regular service is beyond ridicules. Kia requires these services to be maintained though I can t get a hold of anyone to schedule. Ive called, left messages and even went there yesterday and no one ever showed up at the desk so I just left. Will not buy from them again.

Orien was personable and straightforward during the entire process. My wife and I live in Clovis, California and drove out to Farmington to purchase the truck. We were able to reserve the truck, which is huge when you need to drive 14 hours to pick it up, getting to do a good amount of paperwork virtually. The morning we arrived he met us on time with a great cup of coffee. The truck was clean and ready to go. The drive home highlighted the beauty of the 2020 Sierra 1500.

I purchased my vehicle in October 2018. Was a smooth process and had no issues. My truck is lifted and was put on by a 3rd party. I had an issue in the summer of 2019 that a wheel speed sensor cable was extended too long from the 3rd party and the connector was broken and caused ABS and a host of assorted issues. I contacted the service department and they tried to get me in and within 24 hours it was fixed. Not an issue. I received a factory recall about a reprogramming of the electronic brake control module the first part of November 2019. I just called the service department to either just come in and have it fixed and wait or schedule an appointment. I provided the information to the service agent. Granted I am a disabled veteran and its hard for me to hear. I had to repeat my last 6 of the vin. The asks when I need would like to schedule an appointment and I ask how long it will take so I will just wait and she says 30-45 minutes. I explain I have a 4 year old that gets dropped off via a bus at my house at 11 and need to have an appointment before that. She says Friday at 10, and I say I cant do that because if it takes 45 minutes I have to be at my house. She then says just pick a date and time and I do. Just feeling a negative attitude to a problem that GMC created. I am just trying to get it fixed and feel like I have to jump through hoops. I can buy a vehicle anywhere from any manufacture. What sets dealerships and brands apart are how they treat customers and issues when they happen not if they happen.

I took my truck in for oil change on 10/2/20. Later in the evening when I left town I noticed the light under the dash prompting me that I need to add oil. I pulled off at ORielly parts store, the gentleman couldnt do anything, Im sure he didnt want to touch the truck. He only told me how to reset it to get rid of the light because that was my question of how to get rid of the light. The next day, Saturday I drove to my sisters house and thats when the light came on agian. We checked the oil and sure enough. The dipstick was dry. I called to the Service Dept and told Blane the situation. He advissed that if there is no oil in it, put oil in the truck and drive it back on Monday. (I live 80 miles from the company) So I bought 6 gallons of oil because the receipt shows that amt was used. After we added 6 quartz, we checked the dipstick, it showed that it was higher than the full line. Well, I had to TAKE LEAVE FROM WORK AGAIN ON MONDAY to take the truck back in. The result was that only 6 quarts was put in because that is what the computer denotes. The situation was corrected on Monday and my tank was filled, but I was still furious because I had to tend to other peoples negligence. I have decided that I am not going to take my truck back over to the service dept because they are rushing or not proficient in completing their jobs.

I scheduled an oil change appointment online and I even got emails and text messages of my appointment. When I got there they put other people ahead of me and I waited over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I even stated that my TPMS needed service on the appointment scheduler, but they never fixed it. Why have an online scheduler if your not going to honor the appointments? Twice this has happened so I am never going back.

I purchased a Chevy Cruz in January 2019 with about 16,000 miles on it. I was so excited to drive this baby home. When I signed for it and was ready to go. I was informed about a fuel tank recall. So I had to wait a few weeks before I could drive it home. This was in January 2019.Long story short. December 2019, my car has been in and out of the shop since. Its spent more time in the shop then with me. Its engine was replace and I picked it up December 17, 2019. It was towed back December 20, 2019.I went to check on it December 21, 2019, I was told they werent aware of my car was there. I had clearly talked with one of the service representative the evening before, and notified him that my car was being towed in. So when I showed up the next day on December 21, 2019 same representative was very rude. I had to walk the parking lot and look for my car and keys, myself. I have turned in my keys. I still have not heard from the Service Department.

Visited hi country Buick gmc for the first time. I was a first time car buyer. They were very helpful and made sure I was happy with the car I was approved for. They also let me test drive the vehicle before agreeing to anything. Once we got to the payment part my sales person made sure I completely understood what my payments would look like, how many payments I had, and what my interest rate would be and how I could refinance later on down the road. Once we got to the signing the papers i likes how the sales person made sure I knew what I was signing. From there I went to finance where the man was super friendly. Recently I have been shopping around for a truck for personal use as I consistently have a need to borrow friends trucks, and after doing some research I concluded that the best one for me would be either a Sierra or a Silverado, as the reviews and some advice from friends say theyre the most reliable. And so I went in the other day to shop around and look at my options to see which I could afford and I met Kassandra who showed me around and gave me advice. I said how I plan on driving in the snow plenty and how the road I live on is a pretty steep hill, when she recommended that I should look more into four wheel drive models of the trucks. I looked at some of the Sierras and I like the style and the room in the cab, and they are four wheel drive. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the and my next purchase will definitely be a new Sierra when I come around to it.
