Some things never change. The same attitude Dan Fiske received 3 years ago we received. If you cancel service they turn on you quick and throw a temper tantrum. Its nothing personal, its just business. But they will destroy all records immediately. Fortunately we removed their gear and boxed it up for them or I am certain our facility would have looked like Dans.

I would like to see that the customer service with AADI is fantastic I had some issues on a Sunday and Gary was on location in under 15 minutes to help me resolve my alarm problems! Gary’s knowledge, professionalism and Company are five stars in my book !

Worst Experience ever. I had a contract with this company switched to a different company. I wrote an e-mail to this company notifying them of my cancellation request, I did not hear back from them, he showed up today and literally RIPPED!! his equipment out all over our business, it is a literal HACK JOB! I would expect some professionalism at the minimum. This was everything but professional, he even told my employees that I was a liar. This was the opposite of integrity in my opinion WOW.Do not use this company, I am still paying for my contract that I signed, I had no argument with that and was still treated poorly. If I could post pictures I would.
