Its the only place I go to get shoes for work. I wait tables so Im on my feet most of every day so Ive got to have comfortable shoes. They offer a wide variety of shoes and at great prices. The staff is always very courteous and ready to help with what ever I might need. I dont like to go shopping for clothes or shoes for myself. But they make the experience more than bearable and I dont lose much time while Im there.

I enjoy the products I buy from this store. However, customer service was not the best. The manager and her employees ignored me while I was looking for my item as well as talked In a loud manner completely oblivious that I was there needing there assistance. It seems to be a common theme here

Product and price excellent, customer service and staff, horrible, guy in shoes ignored me till I asked twice for help, cashier never said two words I said thank you when she gave me my items and receipt, and her response was yea. Just awful.

Went in on tax free weekend to buy my daughter shoes for school. Well perhaps no sales tax this weekend, but definitely the pink gender tax going on at Big 5. 4 of the ten or so girls shoes had the exact same shoe in non-girly boys colors for about 35% less... Just as I was starting to like this chain for great prices on gear. Guess Ill be shopping elsewhere. Thanks for the opportunity to teach my daughter that she should never let anyone take advantage of her just because she is a girl. Pst. Hey Big 5. Its 2019.

Average service but good prices on shoes. They also have a large assortment of sporting goods, exercise equipment and camping gear. Definitely worth checking out.

A lot of the big Sporting Goods places are on the East End of Farmington now. This is a nice option if youre sort of Midtown. If youre here check out the Big R next door and the awesome Asian restaurant in the same parking lot.

Awesome service.

I purchased a product at this store on 11/25/16. They charged me twice because of a data processing glitch. Six days later, I had to take a day off and drive 300 mi. to retrieve my money because they said that was their only option. I requested compensation for time loss and fuel expenses but no one, this store or their corporate office has responded to my calls... PS, If I didnt monitor my account, the double-charge would have been on record.
