Since I have found kitchen creations it has been nothing but respect and love. There has been a couple of times hiccups happened with my company. Missy and her phenomenal crew were there to support EVERY TIME!! EVEN WHEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO STOP PRODUCTION AND LEAVE THEY WERE THERE TO DELIVER!!!! Top notch customer service and the essence of hospitality.I have never encountered a time where I had to schedule my supplies because they were closing for weeks or days in a row. This place is definitely worth the five stars plus more.

They had everything that I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized. They were even able to make me a custom sprinkles mix.

They have EVERYTHING here! And the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. And creative, too. So, they can help you develop your vision. I will NEVER bother going to one of those chain stores for baking supplies ever again.

They were so nice when I called asking about a certain cake mold, that I came in even though they didnt carry what I was looking for. I ended up finding something even better, and they talked me through all the steps and gave me so much advice!Lots of inventory and endless ideas and possibilities!Located in a really cute area of town. Close parking.They are so helpful and top notch service.Definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and the new owners have made fabulous updates! The store is bright and welcoming, and organized. I love how they display treats you can make and then help you find exactly what you need to make them. Every time I visit I find something else I should try. It’s not just for serious bakers - it’s for anyone who likes to create- from candy treats, to cookies to cupcakes all the way to wedding cakes! Great customer service that you will not find at the big craft stores- I highly recommend Kitchen Creations!

This place is a must if you’re a baker and need a local shop that is fully stocked. The new owner has done some great updates and the inside is so organized, clean, and has such a good atmosphere feeling. The employees are so helpful and always have helpful tips if you need some recommendations on your baking and/or decorating. I’m a cookie decorator and can’t believe all the awesome cutters and stencils she has in the store. She has so much stuff for all bakers ! Go check it out, you won’t be disappointed !

I hadnt visited this store in years. Decided to stop by since I now live closeby. The person who helped me, she was both courteous and helpful. They also offer a reward / punch card for a nice discount on your 10th purchase. I will definitely go back.

My wife loves this place. She says they always have what she needs, when it comes to baking.

Great shop with wonderful staff who are very helpful. They have just about everything you could need for your baking needs from boxes to decorating tools and pans and a lot more than what Im going to type here - if youre wondering if they have something call them and theyll let you know - if you havent been in tou should at least check it out because theyll more than likely have things you didnt even know you needed. Prices are great too. A frequent stop for me and will continue to be - highly recommended.

Ive recently taken up baking and needed help. Kathy was the best, thank you so much! I purchased some supplies and candies to help adorn my new creations. Ive been back many times and the only downside is that I am eating everything I bake now. Its all delicious!

I have been a customer for about 15 years. The staff is always so helpful. They even suggest certain tips for projects.

With physical retail locations competing with internet businesses for sales these days you would think said physical stores would do something to welcome customers but Kitchen Creations did the opposite while I was there. I walked in at 10:15 on a Thursday and was not acknowledged . Two clerks were working, one behind the counter and one putting out stock and carrying out a conversation across the store (apparently just received red royal icing in a delivery and that they had each put some aside for themselves). I was clearly debating between products but no helpful opinions were offered, instead the older lady just kept walking in front of me to put out product. After making a decision I went to check out only to notice a sign - No charges under $10 - so I asked the younger clerk to confirm it which she did with a snotty attitude (who has limits these days, you should be grateful for sales?!) so I put my stuff back and left. Im not spending a required amount of my money in a store that clearly doesnt value customers. Youve gone way downhill, Kitchen Creations. Im using online businesses from now on.

I needed some extra chocolate for a project I was working on.Im new to the area and called on a whim to see if they were open. I could not believe the amount of stuff they have packed in this place. A huge, Im not kidding, a huge (insert Donald trump voice here) selction of molds, meetings, decorating things! Loved it, and Im excited I can walk here.
