No mask mandates, staff pushes you to buy mask to wear. Very unethical, can not push anything thats not a law. Even worse when customers in store only wearing a masks on their chin. Dont waste your money here.

Micheal was very friendly and professional. Staff like him working is the reason I enjoy shopping Gamestop first for video games.

I was willi g to drop close to 700 buck in this store. New switch and sum games. The kid wirking their was helpdul atfirst. But. When he walked awsy form me to go help 2kids that came in after me i felt disrepected. And left

Didnt have a ps5, then again nobody does. I bought a Nintendo switch and some games, the dude at the cash register was extremely helpful and polite. When I took home the switch the charging port wouldnt connect to the TV right out of the box, so he offered to exchange it for free. Although I fixed it after giving the port a good hearty kick.

They never fix their WiFi so I can’t do anything I’m needing.

I will never shop here again. These guys are so rude!

Employees were very helpful. They could read the newbie on my face when I walked in and offered right away to help me navigate the different options for the system I had and explained how I could trade in games for credit, etc. The 7 day guarantee on games is a wonderful policy. If you dont like it, you can return it within that time. Couldnt ask for more, really.

The workers there are very informative. everything is a bit overpriced I would try to go to walmart 1st to see if you can find what your looking for especially switch games they are always 10 dollars cheaper there

I think they have a good selection of games here. When theyre busy you know it. The layout of the store is small so it can get cramped. The staff are knowledgeable when you ask them questions.

Feels like I am in a closet with junk piled high. Anyway, I notice Gamestop is selling a lot of knick knacks that take up more retail space than games. Also, prices are too high for used games and console accessories. On the plus side, customer service was great with all my questions answered.

Absolutely pathetic...I put money down on a game here and went to go pick it up . Turns out they already sold it to someone else. Way to not hold your word and just hand me my money back like its my fault...wont ever come here again

Still got the friendly fellow Gamers roaming around the store, always busy, always friendly and never sad or mad from my experience and I do still play games on discs Im more old fashioned still unlike many who completely switched to digital but cant talk to anyone from the Microsoft Store right then and in the spot!

Aside from some of the prices, this little store is jam-packed with games and controllers. The staff is always friendly and theyre very helpful and they often point out specials that you might not see. Ive been to many gamestops and this one can stand up to any of the rest.

I like to come here to ask about the new upcoming games, ask about some products, and sometimes buy/ pre-order a game.But sometimes when I get a pre-owned game the disk is somewhat scratched or the same itself doesnt play.But going to GameStop is a good place to buy games from. 👍

As far as being a GameStop goes its actually pretty good its actually really really really small compared to most GameStops Ive ever been in its rather hard to find anything on the shelves because theyre all crammed together the only thing that really gives this place for stars is the fact that the customer service and the staff assistance is really really good they are actually willing and able to look up any kind of game youre looking for they dont try and sell you extra stuff they just accept the fact that you want this game this game and that thing over there and they dont bother you with trying to sell you DLC that you can buy online or yeah sometimes they will ask you for if you want a warranty which lets face it any game nowadays it is worth a warranty
