I first used their services a year ago. I had switched insurance companies and they were able to address concerns and questions I had about coverage. I visited again yesterday and the service was excellent! Although they were extremely busy, the wait time was not long. The customer service was excellent! The ladies were very attentive and knowledgeable. I got to choose the pair I wanted and had it adjusted. I was amazed it was ready in one hour. Thank you again yall are amazing!

All I have to say is, if you are lucky enough to get Renee you are in fantastic hands. I literally stood looking and trying on frame after frame for about 45 minutes, she was so patient with me, she was so polite, she answered all my questions, she was amazing and made my shopping experience there very enjoyable. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is because they really didnt have a big selection of black wire frames for women.

Glasses bought in September 2020 are so scratched up I cant see out of them. Have no idea why because Ive cleaned these just like O did the last pair I had from another source. They are still in great shape. Wish the prescription was still the same. I would switch back. May anyway. Cant see as it is so why not

Well worth the extra expense. And they took my Medicare! I had my exam at 4:30 and my new glasses @ 9am the next day! (I actually could have had them 7pm THAT NIGHT!)

My Personal Experiences 4 years ago. When I first heard about Eyemart Express, and the Two Pairs of Glasses for $59 i was astonished, so I had to see if this was real and check it out. Yes, they were fully staffed, 100% top notch customer service.👍😉 Im old fashion and always paid in cash.. i never really consider vision coverage insurance at the time, although my mom did have medicare.Anyways i purchased two pairs and one pair for my mom. Now tell me who doesnt get just plain glasses now days, of course we want the extras to last us longer. So we purchased Three Pairs with Scratch Resistant, Bifocals, Half Tint, One Shades Totally Estimate was $500.🙄🤔 One year later I went back to see if I could get the same cat eye frame i purchased from them and the lady told me that they didnt carry those ones anymore. but I did see one that was similar to it..she didnt try to help me any further nor did she try to ask me if i was interested in another frame. I felt brush off and embarrassed. i left my pride behind and walked out with high hopes that I will find another place in town.This year we went back again, this time with vision insurance. Yeah!!!😋 and hoping this time around Eyemart will accommodate my mom and I. Untill then, bye bye.😘 Ill give my feedback next time. Always we just want the same treatment as any other customers, Regardless 🌈👍🙏

The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. Was immediately greeted as soon as we came in the front door. Once my daughter picked out her frames, we took it back to the lady that helped us. She took measurements and said YOUR GLASSES WILL BE READY IN AN HOUR. My daughter and I were surprised. So we left and expected to return in an hour. The only complaint I have is I did not get to finish my lunch because within 30 minutes we received a text saying the glasses were ready. My daughter was excited so I had to ask for a take out tray. We returned and sure enough, her glasses were ready. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Eyemart!!!

Before I start, I be know this year has been hard for people to deal with, however... The manger at this location is going overboard on the rudeness trying to enforce health standards, her words, not mine. I first walked in, not wearing a mask, to which she responded by rolling her eyes and pointing at her own mask. I realized I did not have my mask on, but that is no way to address your customers. I complied by putting on my mask and she frankly stated that she cant serve me unless I have on protective gear, but that had already been disastrously addressed when I entered. I thought it was just me, but while helping my daughter find glasses I watched her treat each customer who came in with the same disdainful attitude. If you can go anywhere else, I suggest you do. I am only giving the three stars because the tech was so helpful and understanding.

I paid for my lenses to darken with no glare on a pair of glasses. Picked it up no tint and the glasses had a glare. The young lady was almost in hurry to get customers out.

I ordered glasses and was told they were ready for pick-up. I live 90 miles away and had to set time aside to come into Farmington. As a walk-in, I waited about 5-8 minutes and was finally called back, only to be told that the glasses has stress fractures on one lens! I understand that they can occur after the lens are placed in and I was told I would have to wait a ANOTHER 7-14 days for it to be replaced!!! Which I get...but what bugs me, is there was no consideration of the travel time and distance it took to get here. And just to be told my glasses had a stress fracture on them! Had they been inspected when I called the day before, would’ve saved me time and money! I just made a wasted trip to Farmington!! No apology or no offer to expedite the order! Tip: ask them to make sure the glasses have been inspected before a wasted trip is made.

Glasses from some friendly people that work there in about 30 minutes and everything went great I would definitely recommend this to anybody who needs eyewear

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly staff that will answer all your questions about anything they sell. They did recommend a curtain style frame my son was not wanting but in the end it was way lighter in weight. He is so happy and comfortable now with them.

Staff was helpful but because I live 150 miles away, I had to have the glasses sent to me. (If I had wanted to wait, and get home about 10 at night, I could have gotten them the same day.). With a little careful adjusting, they fit fine.

Fast and efficient but maybe too much so for this first timer getting glasses. Despite explaining that this is all new to me I think the sales rep could have spent more time bringing me up to speed concerning all the options. In the end I left with one pair of frames that fits and one that doesnt and so now I need to return.

We went in to see a price on a Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles frame, and were helped by Tracy. She shared details on a back-to-school sale that we didnt even know was going on. We returned two days later and made a purchase. Except the frame we so liked to get had broke when it was in the back. Tracy addressed our situation and helped us with another frame. She didnt have a problem with us asking so many questions especially on dates and comparing prices. She gave us time to choose another frame since our favorite broke. I noticed other associates try to not allow customers standing waiting for so long. They will ask if youve been helped or need help. This place deserves a good review from my child and I!

Skyview was 5 out of 5 stars. The eyeglass center was different. I didnt know what to do but nobody approached me. There was lots of conversation among staff and lots of laughter. I asked another customer for help. After being helped I also felt I was still intruding in staff conversations. I did not feel welcomed.Also, on a side note.. I have a great government high insurance plan and at any other place I havent paid a copay. Even with upgraded lenses and scratch resistant options, but here I had to pay an additional $168 with my insurance. I got no reason why when I asked. I like the selections but I will probably not return for those 2 reasons.

Being on a vacation and having broken and twisted my glasses I was referred to this facility by a Durango optician. This place was able to fix my glasses in about 15 minutes. I was super impressed by their whole setup. In addition their office had the best, most efficient system for client clearance for covid. You got tje feeling it was not just lip service. Wish I had one of their branches back in Michigan City.

I want to take a minute to tell you how awesome Sherri is!I bought a pair of glasses, and after 2 weeks, they just didn’t fit right. FOUR employees tried to adjust them, and finally told me I would have to buy new glasses because they were too small. I was going to have to pay more money, also.Then Sherri walks in and offers to try one more time. She adjusted them perfectly on the first try, and I got to keep my original glasses that I LOVE. I went in there today they said they accepted Presbyterian so I go in do my appointment and they do cover the exam then turn around and say we dont cover your glasses what a waste of time never going in there for that reason

Eye Mart has good quality of choices of styles and brands. My son is more comfortable with their services, plus the school deal saves. Happy kid, happy Mom. Style matters, even greater when your saving.

The eye exams are quick & the doctor is very thoroughal. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The only downfall is they charge you a additional fee for using your previous frames, if your not interested in getting new frames from them. 😯 👓

I came to Eyemart for my glasses. Usually, and hour or so but I learned today that the glasses I purchased Monday January 6th won’t be available until FEBRUARY 3rd. Seriously the last pair I will purchase there as this process should not take over 7-10 Week days. Period.

Customer service was good for the most part. I was a little frustrated at the amount of employees walking around chatting with each other when there were 3 people signed in on the wait list. I got my glasses in a reasonably quick time and prices weren’t too bad.

Theyre great. And fast. Although the fastest part (simply picking up my glasses) took longer than it should of. Saw & completed visit by 9:50. Got my eye prescription for glasses - walked next door. Picked out frames/dropped prescription off & 50minutes later (by 11:00am) my glasses were ready.

The place is always busy, staff seen to get overwhelmed and tend to lack in customer service. The odor upon entering is unpleasant. This establishment is one of very few places to get spectacles and unfortunately the only one that has a better selection, so many have no choice but to go to Eye Mart despite its flaws.
