My first experience with Stoad was not a great one. I went there to have some tshirts made, and brought in my own shirts. They told me they would have them done by the following Friday, and when I stopped by Friday to pick up the shirts, they told me they hadnt even started them and wouldnt be able to until the Wednesday after that (I needed them that next Monday). Fortunately I was able to have them made on such short notice by one of their competitors, but the prints ended up peeling off after just a few washes, so I revisited Stoad. My second experience was a great one. I dealt with Mark (great customer service, this man understands business well). My shirts and hats were made in a timely manner and were of great quality, so I decided to continue to do business with them. The third time they dropped the ball again. They closed up shop temporarily during the beginning stages of the pandemic (after I placed an order with them AND paid in full two weeks before they closed). They said nothing to me about closing, and were completely unresponsive to calls and voicemails. When they opened back up, they completed my order, but the order wasnt correct. The hats they gave me were not the ones I ordered, but they would have worked just the same, so I went ahead and accepted them. After this experience, I decided to give them one more chance, and placed another order with them. Ive now been waiting over 2 months for my order, and every time I speak with them, Trick tells me Im looking at them here in line, but we just have one more order in front of you. I feel like Im constantly put on the back burner by this company. I was told my order would be ready in a week or two, and now over 2 months later, were working on new tshirt designs, and Im not even convinced that Stoad is working on the old ones! By the time I receive the order (if I ever do), the design will no longer be current, and Ill have to turn around and either place an order with someone else, or Ill have to wait another several months to receive my order from Stoad.

If Stoad cant make you the shirts, hats or any printed apparel you should need... You dont need it! Its also in the same parking lot of la casita restaurant (great green chile).
