I wanted to thank Paul at EW Granite for making the purchase and installation of my new granite counter tops a smooth and satisfying experience. It was a much quicker process and didnt cost as much as I thought it would be. I love the color and texture of my new countertops.I wanted to mention that the installers, Dwayne and Thomas, were polite, professional and efficient. They arrived early, which is surprising these days, but we didn’t quite have the sink disconnected or all the screws out of the old countertop. They didn’t hesitate to jump in and help us get the sink disconnected and the old counters taken out. They made sure I was fully satisfied before they left.They did a beautiful job and I will definitely make recommendations to anyone to use EW Granite & Marble for any granite/marble needs.

This was the first time I have ever purchased solid surface countertops so I really had no idea where to start. I ended up seeing an ad and contacted Ryan. He responded very quickly and was helpful and informative the entire time. I visited the warehouse 2 times and he was very patient while I looked at all of the slabs again. I thought this was a process that would take months, but in fact, once I chose my slab the project was completed in approx 10 days and thats with Thanksgiving in the middle. The guys that came to install were pleasant as well and very courteous while being in my house. The final product is AMAZING! Definitely talk to Ryan:)

Working Paul and Socrates as a recommendation from a friend was a great choice. They had a great selection of materials for our new home. Prices were great for the quality as well. Went with a quartzite (natural stone similar to granite) which had a marble look. Crew came and measured and I was able to go up and pick what part of the slabs I liked to use for the template. They shorted me a few inches on my island, but they reimbursed me for square footage. Took a week or so to pick, install, and everything. I will be coming back to them for more work. I highly recommend them.

Venkat informed us about the status every few days as to where the team was as per the Install Date. The Install Team gave us an installation date in a week. This worked well in our Timeline. The Install Team called 45 mins before the install. They were able to take off the old one and install the new one in about a couple of hours. The Kitchen came out to be Beautiful. They even made holes onsite as per our needs. The Whole process was stress free and the whole team was Professional. I would recommend E W in a blink to everyone. Went to a couple of places before stopping at e.w. and they were the best hands down Ryan took us around the entire floor and showed us every single slab that was within our price range and gave us every option he had to offer which was a lot since their warehouse is big. It was an even bigger plus that they had the best price beating our other quotes by $500+. If I ever need a slab again Ryan and the e.w granite and marble team will be my first stop.

So we did our kitchen and a good friend suggested using this company. I sent the wife on her own because to be honest I really dont care what she picks because in the end it will be her choice anyway lolol. She was treated with respect and not taken advantage of. She was very happy.After the cabinets were installed they came out to make a template. My wife decided which pattern to choose as she looked at a few. I called and gave a fifty percent over the phone. The office staff was excellent to deal with, very upbeat and genuine. That was on a Thursday.They called on Wed ready to install. WITHIN A WEEK!!! The installation was excellent and we were extremely happy. We were not home for the installation as my contractor was there. The next morning I called the office and paid the balance and took the time to state how happy we were. Once again, very easy to deal with and I was thanked for the business and for using EW Granite.The last time we did a kitchen, before knowing this company we used Home Depot. The wait time was much longer ( 6 weeks ) and after the install there was a very small chip in the granite. I didnt complain as it was very small, but it was on the edge and it always bothered me knowing it was there. I strongly recomend this company if you are in the market for granite. You can even send the wife on her own and not have to worry ( except my wife first landed on a beautiful slab of marble. he laughed and said that slab is 10k). We have a small condo so nope, she didnt get her way on that as we were not investing that much, but the point is they had a very nice selection from budget friendly to high line products.So thank you EW for being a stand up company. I will send who ever I know that is in the market!!! =)))

Shopped around for weeks, the closest quote to E.W. Granite was $1,000 higher. Not only did they save my wife and I money, the installation followed just seven days later which is unheard of. I bought a house where they had done the kitchen, and when I told them I wanted to add an island, they held onto the rest of the slab of stone from the kitchen so they could provide a matching countertop. From the moment we stepped through the door until our two bathroom vanity tops were installed, we could not ask for a better experience. We easily picked out the first piece of quartzite, made a down payment, had the piece marked for an installation that would be months away. Our second piece was more difficult. We were working around a floor tile that we liked and did not want to replace. We looked a so many slabs of stone, we lost count. We also looked at photographs, and Paul suggested we go to the supply house to look at some stone slabs. We did exactly that and found two pieces we could use. Our second piece is marble. Both are now installed, and they are both beautiful. Paul and the other staff members spent a lot of time with us. I highly recommend E.W. Granite and Marble!

Updating our laundryroom vanity was made easy with EW Granite & Marble team. There had a lot of stone options for small areas (and lots of full size too) The price was higher than I expected but after shopping around it was in line or better than the other granite shops.A week later, the templater came to our house and measured for a custom fit to the wall (didnt realize how bowed it was before!).They dont disconnect or reconnect of the plumbing at all so we needed to take care of that on our own.Nine days later two installers came in (within the projected time slot!) and had completed the installation in less than two hours. It looks great!

I feel like I got the fast shuffle at EW Granite when buying a bathroom vanity top. My selection was to made from the scrap pile which is very hard to see. Lighting is poor as it is in a warehouse with no natural light. I picked a piece which I only saw a small portion of. When I went to pick it up it was just not thw right color...I did bring it homw to try it and it was awful. after spending over $10,000 on redoing a bathroom it just did not match!!! I called and they said they would work with me on getting it taken care of. I spent over a hour to find the perfect piece of granite (not to mention 45 min drive time to them be told they would be kind and sell me this new piece for the exact same price as the last one! That is NOT WORKING with me. It was a waste of my time. I would have rather been told that nothing could be done ... Socrates was like a used car salesmen.....had no intention of helping he was just trying to be sure he got another sale. He had no empathy, no customer service and was difficult to deal with. I would stay away!!!!!! There are so many better places to go.
