Horrible service. Let me start by explaining we were new to the area and I work from home and have 3 dogs and 3 kids. My husband called in April to get a quote to open our above ground pool. He was told $600 if he did not do anything and less if he removed the tarmp installed railings ect. To save money, he did majority of the work besides the pump itself. They rescheduled opening wothout calling us a week after tarp was taken off. I recieved my first bill for close to $900. I called and disputed bill and they lowered it to 641. They asked me what kind of weekly service I want, I said I am not sure but my husband would call them. My husband never called and they continued to show up unscheduled and annaoumced and state they did 470$ worth of work for a month. I got a past due invoice notice because they never updated balance in system and I already paid the $641. I asked that they contact my husband to deal with pool and questions since I have no idea what they are talking about half of the time. They always called me. My kids are home from school and let the dogs out once, I apologized to the service technician immediately. After recieving past due notice, I called and was trying to get assitance and the customer service representative explained she has no idea but brought up my dogs being let out. I apologized again and explain my son didnt know that the service tech was there. They show up announced at different days and times. While I was at work, I recieved 3 calls back to back and being busy did not answer. Finally answered the call and asked that they call my husband. the representative then said that she never had his number (he called them initially) and asked that dogs are put away. I explained I am at work and dont have time to talk and will make sure dogs were put away. I called on lunchbreak to provide my husbands number and was told they will not be coming back and will send a final bill. I asked why and she said because dogs were let out and because I didnt provide my husbands number on the earlier call. So livid. Would not recommend to my enemys, worst service ever.
