Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. I wasnt greeted, acknowledged, or spoken to at all. One of the salesmen was on his phone texting by the time I got up and walked out. There was only 1 other person there before I got there so its not like it would have been hard to tell that someone new walked in. One thing for sure, I wont be coming back to this location. Customer service is everything.

Great experience! I just purchased a 2020 Certified Mazda 6 from this dealer and was pleasantly surprised by how great the whole experience was today. The sales person Z Amhaz was super friendly and did not pressure me to purchase the vehicle. Negotiations over price were straight forward and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The finance department was able to get a finance rate much lower than the advertised Mazda special. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing an MX-5 from Desiree. The dealership is small but has an extensive supply held offsite, and everyone I worked with was fantastic. Desiree searched nationwide to find me the MX-5 that was right for me, and worked tirelessly to ensure that the price was upfront. While the car was in transit, the dealership kept in contact, and then ensured that delivery was smooth and without issue.

I am not a fan of the car buying process, however this experience has changed my opinion. I purchased a preowned certified Mazda CX 5 and I absolutely love it. After bringing the vehicle home I noticed some body irregularities on the drivers side. The vehicle report stated no prior accidents. I took a video of the irregularities and sent them to Che and Blake. They immediately responded and told me to bring the car in to be repaired. They set up a loaner for me as well. This is my fourth lease of a Mazda from Suburban Mazda in Farmington Hills. I have never received anything less than stellar service from this dealer. This last lease was the easiest of them all. Z helped me through all the paper work. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I had some concerns going in but she set me at ease. She was able to get me the car that I now love. She knew that the people taking care of financing were a little behind and she was transparent about the time it could take. And when it was all said and done, she had on my seat warmers ready for my ride home.

TOO expensive servicing. Gave 2017 Cx-5 for servicing and was charged $800+ . Unexpected and ridiculous . Probably wont go there ever again.

Just took delivery of my new mazda on 2/11/2019. I was a long time ford buyer but due to the lack of sedans offered now i started to explore my options since i really wanted a hatchback. Suburban Mazda was great to work with and after my research i went with a Mazda 3 Hatchback. Z was great to work with. In this new age of technology she gets how to handle client service. I would not hesitate to work with her again for a future vehicle. She was able to give me up front pricing before my test drive and provided a no pressure environment once my wife and i came to the dealership. She helped walk me through all the features of the car and get all the radio settings and such adjusted before i left the dealership. Mazda is a great brand and super underrated. Dealership is very clean and simple too which is nice.

Best dealership Ive ever been to. I walked in just looking for some quotes and maybe a test drive. Diane Richmond greeted us right away and we told her what we are looking for. She was very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions and explained the numbers in a very easy to understand manner (most car sales persons do not do this). On the test drive she pointed out all the features on the car, and when we got back to the dealership we were convinced this is the dealership and car for us and signed a lease that day. Diane was very prepared, friendly, and helpful. When we left I even told her she was the best car sales person Ive ever done business with.

All of the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The communication in regards to the status of my vehicle was exceptional and all services were completed when they said they would be. Poor communication. Inquired about a vehicle, was told the car was available and just needed to schedule a test drive. When attempting to schedule was then told it needed to go into the shop and would be ready later that week and would be informed when it was ready. Never heard anything and even reached out to figure out the status, still not receiving a response. Tryed to look at the listing online and it appears to not be available.

These guys are great! The whole team especially Z were very patient with some not so normal requests. The communication was 1st class especially since she had to call 11 dealerships and get the color I wanted from Illinois. Would highly recommend going here for your next car!

Although we didnt end up buying from the dealership, we had a great experience. The saleslady, Zahara was excellent. Unlike in other dealership, she didnt want to force us into buying anything. I really admired that she gave us our own space but at the same made sure that we had all the information we wanted to help us make the right decision. I wish all the salespeople were like her.

We have loved our experience with both Suburban Mazda and Nissan over the years. They helped find cars that we actually wanted in our price range and never pushed us towards something we didnt want.The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because we have a 2017 Mazda 6 that was barely drove for the first year and half of the lease that already needs tires. That tells me that we were given the lease with tires that were not the best, and of course our rim and tire warranty doesnt cover new tires. So now were paying $600 for tires on a var that were turning in in a year.Other than that snafu, great service and care!
