We went to The UPS Store Farmington, NH for the purpose of returning an item to Amazon. Located on Route 11, the store sits back from the road a little and is difficult to see and is located next to Lock Tite Storage. The return process was quick and easy - - After receiving a QR Code from Amazon, bring the item in without repackaging it, they scan it, and place it in a consolidated box to return to Amazon. We had a refund to our credit card 5 hours later. The store offers in-store and online printing, copying, shredding, document finishing, private mailbox for all of your mail and packages, notary, packing, and shipping. Friendly customer service.

The ladies were extremely nice and very knowledgeable, was in and out with returns quickly.

From the initial phone call to the completion of my transaction, Kathy and Randy were nothing but friendly and helpful. Both went above and beyond to help me ship an enormously-sized package. Many times during my experience, they could have said thats your problem, but they persevered to help me find just the right size box, assisted me getting the item packaged, and even cleaned up the messy memory foam we had to remove so the package would fit in the box. Im glad I went a little out of my way to come to this store. Thank you, thank you!!

They have an extremely selective policy when it comes to social distancing and the amount of people allowed in the store. 3 people standing in line inside but tell me to go stand outside! Slow service, inconsistent store COVID policy, line out the door. Thank goodness a new UPS location opening near my house so wont have to deal with this place anymore.

I visited this UPS store today, and I had a horse blanket that didn’t fit and I had to return it to amazon. Cathy met me outside and offered to scan my phone and take the package. She had the most beautiful smile and she was so friendly and cheerful. It really made my day that I went to this location and she was there. Thank you Cathy!

Only two customer allowed in the building at a time. Stood outside for 10 minutes waiting while they chit chat with each customer. Finally gave up and went somewhere else.

The employees working here are really polite and very helpful.

Kathy and Laurie are SO nice. They’re helpful, funny and make what can seem daunting, so easy. The hours are great and they offer fax and PO Box service too. To the person who complained about them being gone at 4:45, maybe something happened. They’re always in their shop. They waited for me when I rolled in at 4:55! I love these two ladies, they’ve helped me so much over the years!!

I get my nail delivered here. Top notch customer service. Its nice when you have packages delivered because they sign for you and call you. Nobodys stealing your packages from here.

The website says open until 5:00. I called, the automated phone said open until 5:00. I arrived at 4:45 and the lights were off and the door was locked. Absurd.
