The store has most of what I need when looking for hair dyeing products bit they are missing some particular professional brands that Im used to. The staff is always very helpful but it depends on who is working at the time of your visit whether or not they will actually be able to answer all your questions as to the product you may need to get whatever your desired result is done.

I called to check if they had certain hair care products in stock and I was quickly told NO. I decided to go in store and check myself and SURPRISE.... they had it! I was aggravated and annoyed! If you do not want to do your job, you should not be working, specially in retail where 90% of your job is customer interaction. I will buy my hair care products else where from now on!
