Had an amazing experience with the pharmacy at this location. Ethan helped me both over the phone and then he also happened to be the person who helped me at the counter the next day. I had a prior bad experience with a different CVS and was calling to see if I could get my prescriptions transferred to this location. I actually was ready to switch everything over to Walgreens, but Ethan was efficient over the phone, got all of my prescriptions switched over. Had everything ready for me when I picked up. My prescriptions can be a little complicated. Some I use my insurance, some insurance with a coupon, and others I don’t go through insurance and only use a coupon. But Ethan was efficient, pleasant and answered all of my questions. When I picked up he also happened to be the person who helped me at the counter. He remembered me and was just as professional and nice in person. CVS is lucky to have him working there. I will continue to be a CVS customer because of this great service. But I will now go to this store and not the prior store in Medford where i had the horrible experience.
I love the pharmacy in Farmingville! Such friendly and helpful staff! That tall beefcake type guy Dennis, is VERY easy on the eyes - total smoke show! As well as being genuinely caring, skillful, and knowledgeable!I used to fill at the CVS down the road in Ronkonkoma up until a few months ago(I should have switched a lot sooner because the head pharmacist there seemed angry, and is always rude.) In February, they didn’t have my medication in and switched it to Farmingville without asking me. Upon arriving at the drive thru to pick up my meds I met the most beautiful man and was rendered speechless. Dennis then helped me transfer my other medications once I regained my voice and made it known I wanted to transfer everything right then and there. All that in under 3 minutes!! Was in today(why I’m here writing this now) and witnessed Dennis seamlessly field questions from coworkers, solve those problems all while greeting customers waiting to be helped by their first names before they spoke a word, and genuinely ask how they were doing - who then asked about his young family. This was all witnessed from the back of a line of about 6/7 people in a matter of 5 minutes. CVS needs more leaders like Dennis! That is how a pharmacy should be run. Not just a series of emotionless transactions!!!Even though I literally live right around the block from the Ronkonkoma location, I will never go back there! Going to Farmingville is worth the extra 10 minute drive! I suppose I should thank Ronkonkoma for being so terrible and rude!!!

Not surprised this place has such a low rating. Today was the second time a pharmacist has been extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a manager I was told that there was none working which was probably a lie since every retail store Ive ever worked in has always had a store manager on site. Its really simple: stop being rude to your customers.
Not surprised to see such a low rating. The 2 staff members working i went weee extremely rude and unprofessional. I said I need to transfer my medication and the response was Well, we close in an hour. What do you want? Whats your name? And the other one, just over it. Doesnt matter. Just bad customer service. I work with the public as well. Dont be rude.
Thnks to the pharmacist Mike and his staff they were able to get my prescription filled in an emergency. They went above and beyond in order to ensure I had my prescription. This was after fighting with the cvs in Merrick where the pharmacist refused to help me and tried MAKING ME TAKE THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION !Once again Mike and team in farmingville crushed it ! Thanks again guys
The pharmacist was very rude, they are super slow with like 6 people in pharmacy and place is a bit of a mess.
I understand that a pharmacy is busy. Just don’t lie to the customer. Don’t tell me a few more minutes and then have me call back hours later begging to get the meds for a kid. Never got a message as I was told to wait. Had to call back a few times for a straight answer.
Store is a mess and their own employees can not find things. I went to buy lip balm and she told me it was 18.99. I pointed out to her that the hook it was on and the description matched the item at 7.99 because it was the store brand. I was told that does not matter. The computer says 18.99.
Manager had a attitude an was asking ppl waiting on line why they are not using the self check out... 1 had a sign cash only the other one was down...Just help? i dont like this cvs

The same medication i get every month for past year still is hit or miss.and if its miss like this month my script was dropped off the 14th and today the 21st is still NOT in...absolutely ridiculous..
I wish they could give a lower star of than one because they dont even deserve one star.. after the sitting there waiting on three prescriptions to get filled and they said 10 minutes 2 hours and 45 minutes later i finally get to prescriptions sylvia the pharmacist since you put the order in and never even put the order in the new be fine a register is she expedited the orderbut absolutely no reason in the world to have been waiting there so long sick as hell never again will i use this company after such a bad experiencenot to mention they always leave you on hold at all branches if you call the pharmacy i dont know how they are still in businesshopefully they wont be much longer they definitely lost mine and im sure if few others today as well

The pharmacists and the girls they have working behind the counter are completely rude!!! They like to play Dr and tell you when you can get and take your medication instead of listening to your drs orders. They treat you like you are below them because they have a degree?!! I dont think so.. Never will we spend a dollar in that store and Im going to report them to the NABP. NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS OF BOARDS OF PHARMACY!! terrible service. I would give them zero stars but I have to give one in order to post this. Go to Selden CVS much better service! And ten times quicker!
Worst Pharmacy to go to.. it takes them 10 hours to fill a simply prescription which in reality would take any professional pharmacy a whole 1 minute.
The consultant in the pharmacy was so kind and professional. I came by there for my back pain today in the morning and she recommended proper one which means my pain has gone now.Really grateful.
These people are extremely rude. I had an encounter with an Allie or Allison who refused to give me her name... she is judgmental and refuses to hear anything that the customer is trying to say.... I voiced how I felt about how she had made me feel and her tone completely switched up, after asking her name she put me right on hold.. if these miserable people don’t like their jobs then maybe they shouldn’t be working in this environment.... she should be reprimanded for the way she speaks to people and that she should be reminded where she works and that her tone is everything... I feel bad for her, as young as she is, she has a lot of growing up to do. I am disgusted with cvs and the people they have at their pharmacy!
