A little slow but I like it good dealS
The line was not defined properly for the resisters. People cut in front of me without hesitation and when and second lined opened there was only more confusion. Left and gave my business elsewhere.
The wait Time before checkout its CRAZY I DONT LIKE IT AT ALL THEY NEED MORE CASHIER EXTREMELY SLOW LINE
It was great shopping In the store by myself I felt I independent
I love how u look up at what age does dollar tree hire and the first age says 16 but then the application asked if I was 18 years or older then I pressed no and it said I don’t fit the requirements like change it to 18
I would give this Dollar Tree more stars because there’s nothing inherently bad about this location. It’s not super stocked but it usually has most of the things I’m looking for.I’m giving it this rating for a specific reason and that is due to one of managers there. His name is Richard (oh, the irony) and the only thing I could guess is that he is absolutely miserable in life and it thoroughly shows while interacting with others. He is not looking to help customers in ANY way and has an “oh well” attitude- like “ too bad, so sad, don’t care” should be his tag line. When people ask him questions about products and/or availability, he doesn’t stop walking, doesn’t make eye contact, and yells out some generic answer.I had a problem at the register and the cashier was new so she called him. I KNOW this was a problem that could’ve easily been resolved but he wasn’t willing to even try. I ended up having to pay for my items in cash (which wasn’t how I intended to pay when I entered and shopped) and that cash was supposed to go towards the little bit of gas I could get with it.I honestly can’t believe someone deemed him MANAGEMENT MATERIAL and that fellow managers and higher ups can’t see this for themselves. Also, this review isn’t based on my experience with ONE visit. During THREE separate visits, I have witnessed his attitude while “interacting” with other customers and experienced it myself firsthand. I’d rather drive further (this location is closest to my home, sadly) and shop at a different location to ensure that I don’t have to come in contact with this “manager” again. Does DT just promote anyone? Sure seems that way, based on my experiences with Dick. I mean, Richard.
Usually I enjoy this store but today manager very cranky asked him if he pulled all the glass jars.Slip of words being in retail myself meaning moved and he snaps and say Pull we dont pull anything were in the business of selling things here! We sold them all!!. Never looked at me once probably could only identify me by my shoes as he was bent over slamming things in the shopping cart he was using to stock the shelves. As I said Thank you and started walking away he said again Were in the business of selling things here!!!.What a jerk he was.Wont be going here for awhile.
FANTASTIC!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Dollar Tree is good good value people are friendly and helpful
Sooo much better than, the family dollar store thats in the same shopping area, family dollar, is rounded off to the nearest dollar, so things arent $1.00,also family dollar is not a nice store as far as cleanliness, and alot of their clothes at family dollar are stained or damaged, WILL ONLY GO TO DOLLAR TREE,nice clean store, only problem is the manager,Richard very rude and has no idea how to deal with the public!!!!!
Needs to be alittle bit cleaner
Great for minor household items and when your in a rush and need something fast...cant beat $1
Always a good experience at this location
