They do not treat their installers fair. They show alot of favoritism. They had a very good installer who never missed a day stayed and would work as many hours as needed and sent them several customers but thats not the kind of people they like working for them. I personally would not buy anything from them. Just my opinion and we all got one. I am only giving one star because its the only way it will let me post this.

The staff are very professional and helpful. Theres always plenty to choose from. Id recommend for any of your flooring needs. As well as having staff that are knowledgeable about their products, Ive found all flooring materials purchased to be of great quality.

Quintin Johnson did amazing! We needed carpet within a week time in order for furniture to be delivered. We went into the store picked out the carpet we wanted, was shown the padding and explained each one. We also got a discount on the carpet! Quintin was very informing and polite. Customer service when I would call the front desk was exceptional as well. Our carpet looks great, feels great, and was installed perfectly! Very satisfied!

I have worked with Southern Carpet & Interiors twice now - once in Feb 2019 and then again in Feb/Mar 2020. Both times everyone has been a pleasure to work with from the sales specialists to installers. Weve replaced over 1,000 sq ft of carpet/padding and couldnt be happier with the product as well. We especially like working with Chad Bigford, as he has helped coordinate everything and seems to make everything run smoothly!

Same as the other complaint. Carpet came up in the middle of the heaviest traffic used room in the house, the living room. It was 6 months after we moved in and they wouldnt fix it. Ended up pulling the carpet and laying tile. Heard they have done this a lot in new construction homes. Would not recommend. I did call and they did not fix the issue. You could see the giant seam when we pulled the carpet. Poor company.

David Sykes and Southern Carpet & Interiors did a great job for me. I had a limited amount of space to work with, and wanted a special flooring pattern. David found it for me! I love the way it looks, and the installation was quick, neat and professional. All around great experience, and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all!

Firstly, they were very patient with the time it took for me to choose the right type of flooring and the installation was a breeze for me, they were always on time, friendly, professional, respectful and the end product is just lovely. I have to say from speaking to sales person melissa to getting called for installations to having my laminate install was a 10. Everything was on point and never look better. Anytime I had a question melissa was all over no matter what time I contacted her. And when the installer GARY, he came in and completed the job in like 2hrs or so.great job and team work!!!!

Very happy with our whole experience! Very professional, and they do things the proper way! We have worked with this company twice, and both times were above our expectations. We had Coretec Plus LVP installed, and LOVE it! The installation crew properly prepared the surface before laying the LVP. The crew were knowledgeable and worked hard, and made sure things were done correctly. The old flooring that was in our home was 3 years old only, and the seems were failing. There were gaps all throughout the home. That floor was not properly prepared, or laid! (That flooring was NOT laid by Southern Carpet & Interiors I may add).Our family would love to thank Thomas and crew for all the hard work, time and patience. We sincerely appreciate everything! Our floors look BEAUTIFUL!

Carpet in the home is coming up at the seems. The seems happen to be in the middle of a high traffic area. This was a new home construction.
