Great deal on name brand purses. The store is decorated really cute. The staff ladies were extremely kind and helpful. The prices are fair. I purchased a nice wooden knick knack shelf for $18.50.

I shop here frequently. I have bought clothing, shoes, purses and jewelry. They have high end items at a decent price. I love their selection of furniture and however I have no space to put items I absolutely adore. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Do not go here if youre looking for anything below an initial price, marked up at least by 50% or more. The staff didnt really acknowledge our presence so at least thats a plus by omission.

Allycn (not sure of spelling), is very nice and her staff is the same, I shop there occassionally and I find nice upscale pieces....also, as a consignment shop should, they have regular sales, you have to push these items out to prepare for new items....its the smart thing to do, since they are used items...

I went into the consignment shop today. I was greeted by a very friendly associate, Susie and the store manager, Allison I was informed on how the prices worked on the tags. I purchase 2 beautiful coats, a bag, and a scarf all at great prices. In my opinion, this is the best consignment store in Fayetteville NC where you can find unique, designer pieces at affordable prices. The quality of merchandise is unsurpassed. The ladies really take initiative to offer the best quality merchandise. I have been a consignee at this particular establishment and have been quite pleased at the response of items sold. I like the unique products offered. I have purchased shoes, home goods, and also jewelry. I have not been disappointed with any purchases. Their fitting rooms are clean and bright, which may assist in getting a great look at how the items look on you prior to purchase. Happy shopping! This is also a great place to get gifts! 🏷️🛍️🎁

These women were wonderful. I often go to consignment and antique stores to look for unique jewelry and spent a good bit of time looking at different things with my 2 year old daughter in tow. I couldnt find anything my last visit that I liked for myself, but was going to buy my daughter a little necklace from the 4$ bin. I didnt realize it was cash only and embarrassingly told them I would be back with cash to buy the necklace. The lady asked if it was for my daughter and I told her it was and she so graciously offered it to her at no cost. Made my day and my daughters as well. Sweetest gesture that will not be forgotten. I will be back often to shop here. Customer care is a 10/10. Thank you ladies!

I went into the shop today and I will definitely be back. I was greeted by a very friendly associate who informed me on how the prices worked on the tags. Great place and always find new things for both myself and my home. I have consigned here a number of times and they are very fair. Prices are good - a bunch better than paying for items new at the mall. See you all again soon...Time to get some new (to me) stuff for spring/summer.

This is always a fun place to shop. The inventory available changes frequently. Merchandise is priced fairly. The price is reduced more and more the longer an item remains unsold. This is an upscale cosignment store, so almost everything is secondhand. However, you wont find cheap junk on the floor. You will find a better selection of home decor items, and some of more pricey name-brands in womens fashions, such as Coach, L.V., etc. It also has lots of jewelry available. Sometimes a limited selection of mens clothing is available. If nothing else, High Cotton is a fun place to browse around -- you never know what you might find!

I love High Cotton. I almost always drop in on my way to Harris Teeter and have fun looking through the items -- theres always a lot of new stuff every time I drop by. They have lots of designer brands, which can be expensive, but I have found some great deals and have found some of my now-favorite wardrobe staples there. Drop in when youre shopping!

I found this place by accident while going to Harris Teeter. I found some really good deals while in there and have been back numerous times since. I have gotten some top brand clothing as well as handbags, shoes and jewelry. Some people say it is overpriced but in my experience you have to know your brands and how much things cost then you can weigh whether it is too pricey if it is dont buy it.The only complaint that I would have is I wish they would offer more plus size clothing as I am a larger gal. I know when I call and ask they say they have it but I am thinking they think a size 14 is plus which it is but I am talking 2x, 3x, 22/24w etc. Other than that the gals who work there have always been pleasant and not rude to me, they are very helpful and knowledgeable.Maybe they can expand one day and open a High Cotton Consignment 2 and sell only plus sizes 14 and up that would be way cool.....

My first and only experience as a consignor with High Cotton was not pleasing at all. Two of the expensive items I brought to sell ended up getting stained. The manager was quite rude about me expressing dissatisfaction with the way they cared for my items. First, she tried to convince me that this was the way I brought them in the first place which was absolutely wrong. After some back and forth, she agreed to dry clean them which was a reasonable solution in my option. An hour later she called to let me know that they cleaned the Tory Burch item with a wet sponge but decided not to dry clean the brand new BCBG dress which had a least 5 stains after sitting in their store. Her explanation was we just dont see it a human error. Wow! Never again.

Rude and not worth the bother. They sell yard sale items and want top dollar for them and are snooty to boot. Do yourself a favor and find another store. There are much better ones in town.

For a consignment shop, this place was stuffy. I walked in the store with a bag of clothes made for the workplace, and the staff said they were going to have to pass on buying my items because they were looking for brighter colors. Apparently, they do not buy workplace attire even though I have seen some in their store. I will never bring my clothes to this store again. Im an attorney, so I rarely wear bright colors.

Lovely consignment store. Clean merchandise, not overcrowded, very friendly staff. I buy all of my like-new designer purses here for fraction of the new cost. Great selection of designer shoes and housewares. I have always been treated well when Ive shopped here. The staff offers to help when I try on clothes, if I have very many items they carry them to the front for me, if I see something I like on Facebook I can call the store and they will hold the item on a first cone basis. My only wish is that they carried a better selection of plus sized clothing. Great addition to Fayetteville.

I totally agree with all the people who said this snooty lady. My first visit there and this woman followed my daughter and i around the store the entire time. And obviously cant stand little children in her place of business. I have never been so insulted as she made our little girl cry by snaping at her to not touch her shoes and believe it when i say, everyone we spoke to about this place said that they do not go into her store because she is so rude. Good luck to your business, with a 3.2 star rating? The only reason you have that is whoever you ask to give you a good review. One lady told me she went to your store and said for someone who thought she carries only the best, she saw a lot of junk. Who do you think you are? I have never been treated so horrible. I have told everyone i ran into what you did to my granddaughter. Be sure to post a sign next time....No dogs, No children and No blacks. Maybe you can get what you want with your thrift store. Lol

Its a nice place, but the staff is not helpful and are unfriendly. They always seem distracted and only interested in check you out to get out of their store.

Extremely overpriced. Seemed no matter the condition of the designer jeans, they were all $58 (many styles were 3-5 years old, too). I spotted a few pairs of Frye boots (all in weird, uncommon sizes) and even used, they were still asking close to the original MSRP. Dont get me wrong, there was some nice stuff in there but far better deals can be found online or on eBay! The women working there came off pretty snobby as well.

Horrible stuck up owners.. if u must go there call ahead and ask if an owner is there.. I promise u will thank me. This shop is much more pleasurable without a judgment filled old lady following u around. This shop was more then likely opened by some rich house wife whose husband thought she didnt have enough to do with her time.

IF YOU ARE BLACK, OLIVE, TAN ANYTHING BUT WHITE STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SHOP. I have been shopping at this shop for months and I always felt shunned and ignored, but beside my better judgment I continued to go there.I Invited my black girlfriend who also likes consignment shopping and she felt the same way I felt. We discuss the vibe from the staff but we thought maybe we were being too sensitive so we continue to frequent the store. Today I invited my other white girl friend who loves to shop too. The staff was extra sweet and accommodating they offered my friend to open up a dressing room and they even asked her to model her outfits. My friend made it point to let the staff know we were together but they completely ignored me. I will never step a foot in that store again. It is a shame that in this day and time people still treat others differently based on the color of their skin.

I live out of town and they had a post on Instagram to call about a product so I called. I wanted to see if they would send me pictures of a Tory Burch purse on the inside to see the condition before I invested money on something I could not return. When I ask I was told they did not have the time to do things like that. but yet they post something and to call. In this day and age you do not treat customers rude because it only takes a couple of clicks and the way they treat their customers is all over the internet. Bad Business/Rude Employees/Terrible Customer Service.

This place is a joke. I consigned two of my nicest shoes there and they were brand new. I only got for $12 for both. To top that off I went in on a different day just to look around and she had these gorgeous egyptian bags laying next to counter and she already priced them and had the tags on them. I asked her, Was someone going to buy them? and she said, No are you in the market for luggage? and I looked at the prices and I was like ehhhh not for that price and then I said, okay I will get them and then she looked at me and said, No, I think I priced them to low I need to reprice them. I looked at her in shock and I was like are you serious? You already priced the bags what are you talking about? I was so offended buy her bad business I walked out to never return again. This place is a complete rip you a new one RIP OFF!

Nice but some stuff definitely overpriced. For example: Paparazzi jeweley is $5. Anyone that buys it knows that. There were pieces being sold for $15.

Very expensive. Many of the prices on used items were more than retail for the same items. They had an 8 place setting dish set for $998.00. They had a nice selection but again, way overpriced.

Beware: The price tags arent always the actual price.I was told Its my fault but X is the price. In the rest of the world you make mistakes but try to keep your customers. When questioned about the price difference the same snooty lady replied Well, you dont have to buy it. Youre right, I dont have and well be sure to not to buy any more.
