It is a bit ducked off in the plaza but well worth the search. Very clean inside. Super friendly staff. Flavors are tasty and there are a lot of toppings to choose from. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back

I brought my daughters and their friend here for frozen yogurt and the young woman behind the counter was not pleasant at all. She was rushing the girls, did not smile, did not greet us when we walked in and was just a bad vibe for a place that’s supposed to be a cool place for children and families to come. Then I had a conversation today with my sister who took the children back here when I was out of town and she had a similar experience. She was very unpleasant and I don’t think she should continue to work here without some immediate customer service training.Update: 6/8/21…went back in today and the same young woman was here and was quite pleasant today. Not sure if she received feedback from the reviews but I’m happy to see that she gave the place a good vibe today! Updating my stars from 1 to 2 and since this place is right in my neighborhood I will give updates and increase the rating if the improvement in customer service is consistent.

Today was our first time going here and I must say the yogurt was so delicious after I was done I wanted to turn around and get more. Went to the grand re- opening under new ownership last month and loved it. It was my first time at a Sweet Frog and it was delicious! Huge variety of toppings and flavors to choose from. Socially distant and have gloves/sanitizer available.

Just had a grand opening on Saturday with new owners and the place is amazing. Follow all safety guidelines and the staff is very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend everyone go and check it I. Im from Texas and the service you get from this location is one of the best I have ever had would give 10 stars if it was a option.

Place is under new managment. I went with kids today and I was a bit disappointed with customer service, the guy kept saying it was self service when I holler at him more than twice, I needed him to weight my kids cup of IC. Flavors were very limited and machines looked a little unclean. It didnt stop me from getting the IC though just though to give it a try since it is my 1st visit.

So After The Greeting From The Employees, I Started To Head To The Flavors. And Boy Will I Tell You They Have Some Good Flavors. I Grabbed Me A Medium Cup And Went For The #High. I Made Me A Vanilla, Mango, Pomegranate W/ Some Fruit Toppings Of Mandarines For The Vanilla, Mangos For The Mango, And Blueberries For The Pomegrante(All In The Middle Of It). After I Made My #FrozenYogurtHigh, I Checked Out And The Price Were Very Reasonable For The Amount I Received And Were Still Greeted W/ Empolyees That Are Eager To Work And Happy To Service The Customer. My daughter (6 years old) and I came after a day of shopping. We both got vanilla yogurt and we piled on the toppings. She was super excited to put her favorite toppings on her yogurt; white chocolate chips, marshmallows, and gummy bears.My daughter just loved the time we sat eating and talking together. Drove out here from newnan and the store is closed. Says it should be open but its closed. There is a for sale sign in the window and a banner hanging out side that says under new management. We used to go to sweet frog in NC and my son loved it. He recently asked if there was one in GA and we found this location but its not open.

The store has definitely changed. It is under new management and that is NOT a good thing. The floors and tables were visibly dirty and sticky. The bathrooms were dirty and had no soap, no paper towels and no toilet paper. The consistency of the yogurt was not the same, it was grainy. Only half of the toppings were filled. I used to take my boys there all the time but I will not be going back. I was terribly disappointed. It used to be so good.

It has changed for the better. They offer a wide variety of flavors and toppings. I was surprised how clean the store is. Its the perfect place to take the kids or take a date. Sometimes I just stop in if I have a sweet tooth.

I like coming here yogurt is good and toppings as well, but recently they have been slacking on service. The last couple times i been here they never have multiple flavors of yogurt including tart ready or they just don’t have it at all. They always have one employee doing everything and most of the time they’re just on their phone. Come on sweet-frog franchise owner, step it up. Or hire better employees.

I take my daughter at least once a week or every other week... Service is always good, staff is friendly and courteous. Today while in church I got a text alert for buy one get one 50% off. When I keyed in my number my coupon did not pop up, I showed the young man my text and he still would not honor it. His reply was you can talk to the manager and maybe somebody claimed your coupon, not rude but kind of I dont have time for this right now attitude.

I drove up there and the service was terrible. The floors were very sticky and the trays were full. When I went to get my toppings I saw mold in the pound cake. There was also a young lady who came in and her shirt was cut up and she had on shorts, In my opinion that is very unprofessional. Some of the employees are very respectful and do a great job with greeting us, but I will not be back ever again. This place has a sign stating under new management, but it doesn’t seem like it. DO BETTER!

I went to Sweet Frog today. The cashier was on his phone the whole time. The cheesecake bites didn’t look fresh and they were room temperature. The strawberries tasted old. It wasn’t a good experience. The location in Columbus, GA is way better. I won’t come back to this location ever!

I always enjoy coming here for a treat. I havent been in a while and I was pleasantly surprised at the pound cake topping. It combined with the fresh strawberries really took me back.

This place is great. They randomly send out coupons and that is the best time to go to get your yogurt and toppings. You have to watch how much you weigh because it can get very expensive. They are Under New Management.

Just went here and I am very disappointed. Walked in and nobody was in the front. We weren’t greeted at all. Half of the machines were “out of order” and the ones that were working weren’t working properly. I could only find one that was actually working. I will not be back. This is not okay.

This sweet frog is not as good as it use to be. The floors are dirty, as well as their restroom. Most of their toppings were empty. The cashier said they wouldnt be refilling any of the toppings. Whats going with this once awesome yogurt shop.

This is my go to frozen yogurt place. Product is good quality and delicious. They the are friendly and courteous. I only wish they were open on Mondays because I go there almost anyday.

Your cheesecake yogurt taste a little too much like cheese, specifically like parmesan. I tried to ignore it, but the more I ate the more it smelled and tasted like cheese and tortillas.

My husband and I just left there and had awful customer service. When we walked in the..the guy that works in the front did not say hello and was on his phone. With it being our first time ever here.. we did not know if we were suppose to order our grab our own yogurt. Based on us watching the girl in front of us we quickly figured it out. Then when my husband and I went to get the hot fudge.. there was hair hanging from it. I told the guy there was something on it and he just looked at me like oh well. My husband told the guy You guys need someone to clean this off because we still wanted the hot fudge! He stared at us like we were crazy and did not care. We said forget it... he mumbled to us our total, we paid, and got the heck out of there. That was our first time at sweet frog and we will not be back.

Sweet Frog is as refreshing in fall as it is in summer. Its never to cold for the best frozen yogurt in town. I still get confused about which toppings to choose, but I went for the Mango over kill.

Came by at 12 and realize they don’t open until 1 according to their sign as seen in the image I shared. I called at 1:11pm, now I been outside since 12:41pm waiting. I asked what time their opening a male employee who arrived here at 12:52 told me over the phone they were not opening until 1:30pm. When I mentioned they could have a sign outside he just answer yeah. No apologies no discounts or anything. He could have had more customer service and apologize. Because he gets in late now I have to Waite and I drive from Stockbridge to this location for this type of laziness!

Place was very clean however, their pricing is not in line with Yogurt treats. $0.72 per ounce is absolute robbery. I suggest the owners do their research.

I love this place, but we went recently and the whole place smelled like poop. I let it go because I thought that maybe a kid may have had an upset stomach in the restroom and the smell will go away soon. Unfortunately, the smell got stronger even after they opened the door to air the place out. We went over to the machines and they looked bad. They needed to be cleaned and wiped down badly. They were sticky and so was the floor. One had brown stuff all over it. Maybe the brown spots were from normal wear or rusting of the machine (not sure). Either way, the poop smell combined with brown spots on the machines made me change my mind that day.

Yummy! My eyes are bigger than the reality of the scale once you are doing adding all our toppings. But its soooooo good! :) Clean place and decent varieties of goods!

I ordered a chocolate fudge flavor that tasted like a chemical. I was disappointed that there wasnt any sample cups available to try the flavors, maybe if there had been I wouldnt have wasted my money on that nasty chocolate flavor.There is a sign posted on the back wall that says frog: fully rely on God so I was expecting Christian music, or some kind of family music, but instead rap music was playing.There was a tip jar at the front, but the employees didnt provide any kind of service besides ring you up.Overall I didnt enjoy my experience and will not be returning.

Ive never seen a place like this before and when I found one and Fayetteville I had to stop by it is so good and so amazing all of the options that they give you and you get to pick your own toppings I want my mama and my boyfriend and we all have fun because its not your ordinary ice cream place I like the fact that you get to make your own and even test out a few of them LOL

We moved to the area not long ago and had a Sweet Frog where we were from. We had high hopes since we had always had great experiences at the other one. This Sweet Frog is a JOKE. The hours are never consistent as they randomly close before closing hours. Every time we have been there the place is filthy dirty (hair and dirt caked in the booths) and the last time the yogurt had an awful spoiled taste to it. My husband noticed and told the girl and she gave him a new cup but never swapped it out. The staff is rude and has no customer service whatsoever. It just makes me sad because again, I know the potential this place has to be great. Hoping they can fix it up but after the few chances we have given this place, not sure we will be back again. We have told others about our experience here as well.

This establishment always close BEFORE 8pm. Ive seen it numerous times. Youre staff need time allotted to clean up after operational hours, not be cleaned up and have the doors locked before posted hours are over. That really is bad business. I see you (the owner) responding to posts, which is positive. This issue with your closing staff is costing you a loss in revenue.

Went in Saturday around 5 pm. The tables were dirty, the staff was rude when I approached to ask a question about a certain machine not making any frozen yogurt, she rudely got up pushed some buttons and said wait a few mins while it freezes. I waited around 20 minutes and nothing. I was too afraid to ask again because of how I was treated. I decided to leave. I noticed that they care more about being on their phone than to caring to see if the customer needs anything or make sure things are clean. An employee was eating in the seating area. I get that a lunch has to b taken but I’m sure this place provides a breakroom for their employees a friend of the girl got up and served herself some ice cream and proceed to eating it. Maybe they have some kind of free thing for friends and family but it just didn’t look right. I hope these things get fixed because I really enjoy their frozen yogurt.

Going to it in 2 hours

Went at 8:05 on a Saturday. (5/5/18) Web site says they are open until 10pm on saturdays. Was rudely told by the young lady cleaning that they are closed. Open light was on and door unlocked. Another employee and what looked like where her friends sitting at a table on there phones. 2nd time this has happened. This location just lost a customer.

I feel like for my past two visits- the yogurt machines aren’t working, the place is dirty, and the person working would be super rude & not care about anything.I just walked out because I shouldn’t have to wait for more than half of the machines to freeze and work.

We were in a group of 20 and called ahead to say we were on our way to get some if they were able to stay open for us. They closed at 8 and said that as long as we were there before 8 they would let us in. We got there at 7:57 and they let other people I and then locked the door on us and told us we could not come in. This is false advertisement.

Such a great place for frozen yogurt. Its clean and the environment is friendly. I would definitely be returning.
