This place is a ripoff, purchased a lighter and less than 24 hrs, I found it leaked the butane, (filled 4 times), returned to store and they would not exchange or allow to purchase another even at higher price for quality issue.Not a good policy, told me to send to manufacturer for warranty, this is less than 24 hrs purchase. I will not purchase here again and will advise others of their poor customer service when something is defective .

This was my reg store always loved everyone and everything in store and they help me and are always honest, until came today and tony was there 1st time meet him, I trusted everything he sold me, because everyone else always did right. I left with my stuff and came home and Was very wrong bowl for the piece I had bought and wasn’t cheap. So came back and he’s like yea that’s wrong grabs right one then says 54$…. If Like if he wasn’t the one to insure me that what he sold me was correct. I find rude and my Business will go else we’re now . Should have exchanged it I feel like….

I used to enjoy buying products from here but recently none of the younger employees seem know anything about the coils or any vape products for that matter. Last time I had to literally go through the box of coils cuz the employee had no idea which ones are compatible with my tank. This last trip they sold me 2 coils that didn’t fit an broke my devices. He also told me there is a no return policy. I will not be coming back.

Poor quality glass at quality glass prices bowl was breaking when he got it to the register made me pay extra for a new one I get it home the perc glass broke inside then the mouth piece starts big at the mouth as it goes in where u cant see its the size of a tooth pick.. called to inform them next day after purchase was offered 10 percent off my next purchase ya I dont think so no when I paid higher end pricing for the piece 50 bucks for a little basic bubbler probably will never return for any type of purchase beware people

Changed rating from 5 to 2. The last 4 times my husband or I have gone in we are helped by a blonde woman that has no clue about coils, or juice, and cant find anything. It always takes 10-15 minutes of her looking before someone else will come help.

This shop sells the WORST quality products and if you come back the EXACT same day with a receipt they will turn you away because its a cheap torch you should have known per there sorry as s ONLY cashier they have. I left my number over a month ago for call back and not one word since. with multiple efforts to reach back out. This company is dog and so are their products. Go up the street to smokers world or the 710 pipes both on 104th and have 100X better customer service.
