Hi its May 2021 I just received my queen size mattress and box spring for mattress firm. I wanted to get on here right away to share with everybody the great experience I had. The men arrived on time gave me 10 minutes advance notice they were very professional made sure they didnt scratch up my walls and they moved the old mattress and box spring into the room next to mine and put my new box spring and mattress app and remove the plastic that was on it all that was done in a matter of 10 or 15 minutes and they left as neatly and nicely as they came. I will definitely buy or recommend a mattress from them in the future. 👍👍👍👍👍

On Wed. July 28th....my wife bought a bed from Mattress Firm. She needed to get a bed to help support her lower back. The sales rep (Olivia) spent over an hour with my wife. Olivia wanted to make sure that the mattress that my wife bought...would fit her needs perfectly. My wife found a bed that she loved. Olivia said that bed would be delivered the same day. She also said that since it was a new bed..it would be a little stiffer than the one that my wife laid on in the store. My wife wanted me to sleep on the new mattress to break it in for her. Well....I slept on that mattress that night. When I woke up Thursday morning.....I had discovered that I was still in the same sleeping position that I went to bed in. I was shocked! Usually...I wake up several times during the night. I toss and turn from my left side.....to my back.....and to my right side. This has been going on for years. But this time it was different. I could not believe that I did not wake up during the night to toss and turn. I felt refreshed and energized! I had the same results when I slept on the mattress on Thursday and Friday night. I knew that at some point my wife was going to want to sleep on her new mattress. Then I would have to go back sleeping on my old bed. I could not go back to doing that! I went down to Mattress Firm on Sat. July 31st. I bought my own bed. Again..it was Olivia Giles who helped me. I am so impressed with Olivias knowledge of the Mattress Firm family of beds. Finally, all that I have to say is this: What ever the Mattress Firm company is paying Olivia...its not enough. She deserves a substantial pay increase!!

I literally feel like I could be friends with the 2 Queens I met here yesterday!The moment I walked in with my mother they were both friendly, open, caring, and understanding.Sharon greeted me and immediately asked me what I was looking for. She showed me some twins for my kids and then began showing me queens for myself. After some thought I decided to get just a queen.Sharon showed me what she got for her parents, her daughter, and herself. She took time with me and didnt rush me.After she showed me everything I turned and noticed my mom having, what looked like, a lovely conversation with Olivia. They were laughing and having a great time. If you knew my mom, youd know thats difficult to do lol.We decided to go across the street to look at one other location and their options. Not only was that lady less than professional, she was cold in her delivery and didnt make us feel welcome at all. We were there 3 minutes and left. I did see a great bed I loved but went back to Sharon and Olivia to see if they had it and could price match. THEY DID!!!Even if they couldnt I would have bought the other bed from them that I liked. The one Sharon got for her mom.The purchasing process when we came back was easy and informative. Olivia took care of that process for me. She knew this was a hard decision for me and took good care of me. She gave discounts where she could and explained why she couldnt with others.The customer service I received here, I havent received in a very long time. It was more than customer service, it was like shopping with friends. Thats what will create loyalty with me.These two women are top notch! You simply cant go wrong if they are there to help you.

This is the second mattress that I have purchased from this store. Everyone has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Spent a great deal of time with my 88 year old mother to insure she found the right mattress and adjustable base.

Since their online ordering was affected by the snow storms in Texas and my delivery was rescheduled far more out than I wanted, I decided to go into the store and see what they could do. Linda helped me out and while I ordered the Tempur-Pedic LuxeBreeze mattress (top of the line) and she had one in stock, I mentioned that I was a side sleeper and she suggested a mattress that was $1000 less than the one I ordered and said I should try it both before committing to a cancel/reorder of the same mattress.I ended up liking the other mattress better and that allowed me to get some extra goodies like an adjustable frame, two day delivery instead of the 2 week postponed delivery. Also, I found that in store deals are better than what I found online which also saved me money.I had applied for and gotten the 0% financing through Synchrony. Because most of the credit on that account was used by the canceled order, Linda was able to call Synchrony and explain the situation with the delayed shipping and me ultimately canceling that order. Synchrony was able to adjust my credit limit temporarily to make up the difference of both the canceled order and new cost. This allowed me to keep the 0% financing and not have to wait for the canceled funds to be available again.Excellent service by both Linda, her associate and Synchrony to get me my mattress. Thanks!

Called in seeking to speak to leadership to resolve a six month on going issue with an order placed online because I couldnt get any straight answers from the email customer service base, and I had sunk about 18-20 hours of being on the phone and emailing attempting to get the issue fixed. I was so frustrated I had actually reached out feelers to local legal representation. Dont buy online, kids.First representative I spoke with was Kayla, who identified as the area management, and asked for a shot at resolving my issue when I requested to speak to someone at the regional level. Long story short, Kayla was not only able to resolve my issue, but went above and beyond my ideal resolution, and did it all under 10 minutes. I couldnt believe it. It was the most painless, quickest resolution I think Ive ever had with any company, and I couldnt praise Kayla enough. Despite requesting specific ways to ensure Kaylas customer service abilities were recognized, I was sadly informed that this is the best way to do so.So corporate, if you read these, Kayla is the single best thing to happen to your company since the invention of the mattress.

Linda is one of the best sales associates I have ever dealt with. She helped me find the right mattress for me at a great price and It couldn’t have been any more stress free with no pushing into the most expensive bed possible that you might get from other mattress retailers.

They even stayed open after hours because we showed up 10 minutes before closing!
