Service department at this location is not the best. It took 9 days just to get a new tire for a LT-133 lawn tractor. All the lawn tractors that John Deere has sold over the years I find it hard to believe they dont sell a better match for the originals. Its 1.5 wider tire than the original tire. Looks ridiculous!

Zach Throop at Tri County was great to work with. We completed the whole deal over email. He answered every single question I had. He even emailed me pics of the tractor, all the specs of every attachment I was interested in. He spent hours working with me even before I committed to the purchase.

Throughout my my experience here at Tri county equipment the customer service has been second to none. When your in the market for equipment this caliber the quality of the product is a given, what’s not always is customer service. I felt like I wasn’t talking to a salesman but a real person to help you make the right choice and not try to up-sell you on every bell and whistle available. My salesman Dillon fits this narrative, In today’s world this is hard to find, If you’re disappointed after visiting here it’s on you!!!

They sold me the wrong size deck belt and got an attitude when I brought it back saying its the only size that they had well they were wrong. It goes by centimeters. Not just inches.

Needed repairs on a John Deere 240 they came and picked up the tractor in a very timely fashion the repairs were done right away they delivered the tractor back to me everything they did was Exceptional the service department is very well ran I would highly recommend

Everyone Ive worked with here has been very helpful. When inquiring about attachments they looked up all the specs for the model Id need and gave me different options as well as pointed out the benefits of one vs another. After having used multiple equipment places this is the store Ill definitely be returning to.

I’ve e-mailed this company 3 times, wanting to get information on a John Deere 3046R they have listed for sale, with no reply’s. I even e-mailed a tentative offer and still no reply...very poor customer service. Apparently there was a issue in the e-mail server and my e-mails were delayed and not received in a timely manner according to a representative of Tri County Equipment. I would like to give them another opportunity to remain a 4+ review. I will resend my offer and hope to get a reply within 24 hours....

Was shopping around for a trackloader, hadn’t considered a John Deere as it is more costly than other brands. But through recommendations thought I would at least get more info and compare to others I was looking at. I found that the John Deere more than exceeded my expectations and is worth every penny. Dillon Eaton went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase was an easy experience and answered any questions I had. He was easy to work, no pressure sales, and a friendly smile. I would recommend anyone looking for equipment to visit Dillon and the rest of the group at Tri County Equipment in Fenton as they are a step above the rest!! Bought a belt from tricountyequipment for my x300 the old one has lasted 10 years but is stretched to its limit. I installed it and it work fine the first mow, on the second mow the belt pulled apart breaking in half. After reading online I could see this is a issue with some defective belts. I spoke to the manager at the Fenton location he said I must of installed it wrong and anyways we don’t warranty any belts or tires. I was applaud and left unsatisfied and will be buying my John deers parts from Amazon now, they have a better return policy and are cheaper in price. I have been giving this location my business for 30 years, they have lost a customer over a $50 belt
