Insanely overpriced product where used items are listed at or above brand new pricing. Also, whomever responds to reviews enjoys attacking the would be customers and also blaming them for their own poor operations and ownership. There are much better options available, so make sure you “do your research” by going elsewhere for your needs.

I would not recommend doing business with this place! Bought a machine from them back in the spring, had a cracked windshield. Was told by Jordan (the sales guy) the wind shield would be replaced and was ordered and should be in in a couple days. After weekly phone calls to Jordan I was given lie after lie, windshield was on back order, its being shipped will be here next week, ect. Finally five months later sorry were not going to replace it.🙁 not good business!Lesson learned never trust the sales guy!

I purchased a nice 2019 RZR from them and I am really happy with it. They had a good selection and gave me a good deal. There was a delay in getting the title, but it was on the SOS side of things and they took care of it. I will be going back in the future.

I bought a golf cart from these guys the sales person told me that it went around 25mph I picked it up (my mistake for not trying it out) got it home wanted to use it Halloween night but it only went 8 mph called them Monday morning regarding the issue they kept telling me there was no warranty after lots of talking he agreed to take a look at it. Mined you I bought it 1 hour away so I brought it to them it took one week to get it back it only goes 15 mph now this company buy cheap golf carts all over give them a paint job and sell them without warranty at all be very careful with them

Online buyers beware. Purchased a 2017 bike online, listed as like new/mint 300 miles, with 25 High def pictures of the bike, but conveniently no pictures of scratches on the bike. When the bike arrived the shipping company showed me pictures showing me all the scratches were on the bike when they picked it up. Reached out to my salesman (Scott) about the situation and he has not had the courtesy to respond.

Would not recommend buying from here,Went to check out a side×side on a Friday and their finace lady was on vacation until Monday, I said Id be back on Monday to get financed and they said sounded good but they put it on auction before they even opened on Monday morning. Very disappointed, looked very forward to getting it.

Have heard good and bad about this place but after dealing with people at c&c sports..... this place does wonders and the people are thousand times more helpful and friendly. Got to see the machine i wanted as it got off the truck and was able to do a full walk around as they just got it in and started cleaning. Got to talk to the guy doing the inspections and maintenances and he was more than helpful with any questions about the machine before and after inspecting. On top of that they gave a great price compared to any other dealers asking for same machine but older and higher miles! Awesome crew and would recommend to anyone wanting to go somewhere where you not only talk to the salesman, but get to talk to the whole inspection crew and get to see first hand what issues it may have and what they are going to do to fix before you pick up.

This place is great! I went in looking for an ATV. They had a great selection to choose from and allowed me to test ride any of the ATVs I wanted. Timmy, my sales guy, was knowledgeable and friendly. Kelly, the finance girl, was able to answer all my questions. PSI got me into the perfect ATV for me and never hassled me or tried to sell me something that was not the right fit for me. They gave recommendations, but in the end left the final decision up to me...which was exactly what the recommended, as Im new to the ATV world. Each person working at PSI was friendly and made me feel at home. I will be going back for future needs for sure!

Said they could special order or get a cobra rack($300). plus a bike bag. could have told me this on the phone.Guess i stick to shopping online. Save time snd $$

What a great group of people. Absolutely recommend to buy from them. I traveled from Grand Rapids to Fenton. I bought a machine kinda site on seen other than the pictures online. I was surprised on the accuracy of the pictures and the description. Every vehicle goes through an entailed checklist before it is sold. I was expecting I needed to do an oil change on my 2017 Polaris General that I purchased. I pulled the dipstick and it was fresh oil. This company is great and only buys premium stuff to sell premium stuff! Extremely happy!

NO NO and NO....The only thing certified here is the certified scam artist who tells you the machine is in GREAT CONDITION, DEALER INSPECTED, AND CERTIFIED. Maybe they walked around it and said it looked good? The shady, pieced together work done to the motor, that was undisclosed to us, cost us $9,000 in repairs. It was delivered to us with very little oil, near flat tires and the oil/engine lights turning on and off. It would intermittently stall and not go into gear. Three days after purchasing, the machine stalled and left my 3 and 4 year old children stranded in the woods in the rain with my husband. Thats just the beginning. If you would like to spend a lot of time and money on repairs and a lawyer, then I recommend going here. Ask for Scott.

I went to purchase 4 point harnesses for my RZR. I got to their store and the harnesses were on the counter ready for pickup. Upon inspection, the harnesses were different sizes. The driver side was a 3 inch and the passenger a 2 inch. I questioned Cole regarding why they are different sizes and all he could tell me was that he didn’t know they were different. Both harnesses mounted the the machine differently, he knew. He then proceeded to tell me that’s how they come from PRP factory. The drivers harness is thicker (3inch) and the passenger is a (2 inch). I knew better and requested a refund (took 10 min). I have many friends in this hobby and will advise them not to do business with this company. They’re unprofessional and tell the customer things that are not true. If they do this with something as small as a harness, what are they hiding with an actual $20k machine?

Both the salesman and the owner were very knowledgeable and helpful! They had exactly what I needed and at the best price too! Not only did the have the exact UTV I wanted but in the right color and size as well. In addition, they even had a small used trailer, hitch and ramps which they gave me a great deal on and threw in some extras I needed too! What a great experience and I highly recommend them without reservation!!!!

I was in a bind with a motorcycle title and I needed an appraisal. I have a Chinese scooter and no other dealership would help. They helped me for free even though they didnt normally deal in Chinese products.Their prices were fair and they had a good selection of off-road vehicles.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Sales associate was nice, the rest of management and finance was awful to deal with. Messed up my paperwork twice and can not communicate as a team to get things done. Will never return or suggest anyone to this place of business.

Just purchased and had KFI plow installed on my Polaris Ranger, and I can’t boast enough about the service at PSI! Not only was I already getting a great deal on the plow set up, but they were quick, efficient, and helpful. Hope I’m getting the names right, but Kelly, Tim, and Scott were awesome! They answered all my questions, were very up front with me, and to cap it off, let me use their trailer to transport my UTV back home, no questions asked! I am so appreciative for that, that act alone is what sets them apart from the rest...And of course, the plow looks and works great. Thanks again!

Nice folks to deal with. Very down-to-earth. Just make sure that all the accessories you bargained and PAID for are there when you take delivery. Someone swipped the RAM GPS/cell phone cradle from the KLR 650 I bought and they made no offer to replace it or compensate for the $60 replacement. Leaves a poor impression. Otherwise, a positive experience.

I bought a 2017 artic cat 90 four wheeler for my son ad said left over 2017 purchased atv took back home to defiance oh didnt pay much attention to it thought it was new got home tires have 6 long dry rot cracks in them very unsafe to ride thats how well they look at their equipment said they were going to send me tires its been 2 months no tires wont answer text .all i can say if they would send a child out on that what else would they sell you

I bought a RZR 1000 XP about a month ago. I had an overall good experience. I have waited to write a review to see how the machine handles, its been golden! The customer service was great and friendly. They knew their stuff! I was there for about a half hour and they answered all my questions and helped me set up financing. I was approved and put my deposit down within 30 min. When I came back to pick it up the guys helped me load it up and everything. Very nice people. I will be coming here for my next RZR.

Just bought a 2012 ezgo lifted golf cart from them. Easy transaction. Arranged payment over the phone and had a shipper pick up the cart a few days later. I had a couple of questions in the meantime and the staff was always pleasant and answered my questions. It arrived exactly as descibed and pictured, with no issues. Cart works great. Would purchase from them again if I ever needed another cart.

Found 2017 Polaris Sportsman 450 on Craigslist with under 100 miles. Post had picture of aftermarket wheels and hand guards, both mentioned in the description. It was a different 2017 Sportsman that was delivered to me...without the wheels and hand guards. Also, had less miles than what I thought I had paid for ?!? I called Scott and he said they would make it right. I thought about it and didnt really care about the wheels or hand guards and asked if he would refund some of what I paid for. He snapped a picture of the check and envelope with my info on it the same day and received in mail 2 days later. Also, he gave me a very fair trade-in price on a unit he never saw and trusted my description. All of the transaction was done over the phone and delivered to me over 200 miles away. I cant complain at this point. Thanks.

Terrible experience with them, took my bike in to get my carbs cleaned and adjusted, and a basic inspection of the bike and they made the bike worse then when I dropped it off. Guy lost a clamp and used a ZIP TIE for god sake.Had the nerve to tell me that I just need to pay for an hr labor.I asked him if he knew how to adjust carbs and could not give me a straight anwser.If your considering going here, DO NOT, very backyard mechanic style indeed.

HAHAHAHA that last post was clearly Scott himself!!! I purchased a kymco scooter for my daughter through this dealership. Scott Heemstra was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the whole experience, both to my daughter and I. He actually had the nerve to tell my daughter that she was too picky and that she should try elsewhere when she was having trouble choosing a color. Some of his brand new scooters had marks on them where they had obviously been dropped, and one even had a broken mirror and signal light. When it was time to pay for the scooter, Heemstra hit me with several unmentioned fees totalling an additional $500. I was told my scooter would be ready the very next day for pickup. 5 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT my scooter was finally ready for pickup. I regret giving this place any business. I have no idea how they get any at all. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I purchased My Kymco ATV from Scott Heemstra with no problems at all. He answered all my questions and concerns. Took time to show me everything about the atv. The whole transaction went very well. Everything he said about the delivery, which he drove to my house at no extra charge, went as planned. If i ever want to purchase another atv or if I know somebody that is interested in a new Kymco or a used ATV i wouldnt hesitate to have them go talk with Scott at PowerSports International.
