The fenton bath and body works location continues to disappoint. If you aren’t familiar with the 100% guarantee policy, it means that if you buy a product from a bath and body works store or online and don’t completely love the scent, you can exchange it for a product of the same type, but for a scent you love at no Extra charge. I took a few candles (unburned) to this store to exchange them for different scents I liked and they told me they didn’t do that. According to bath and body works corporate policy they should do that, but I was turned away. Even the store manager Francine said they didn’t do that (she was standing right there during my attempted exchange). As a store manager of a chain store you’d think she should know corporate policies but instead she was rude and would not enforce the policy. I won’t be back to that store even though it’s closest to where I live because that isn’t the first time I’ve had terrible customer service there. Hopefully they get a new store manager or that store is one of them that corporate decides to close.

The store is very clean and the employees were very friendly. I was sad they didnt have my candle but they made another suggestion to me that is almost as good and I have a new favorite 😊

If youre going here you already know the drill, same type of clients that are in all locations, if you dont know what Im talking about you are one of them. Store is average as far as bath and bodys go

I cant say enough about the products, who doesnt love B & B Works!? .... and their sales are great! Today it was packed but everyone was so nice and helpful, as well.

The times I have been here have been pleasant. hows the weather find what I wanted and their coupons cannot be beat. I am looking forward to going back again around Christmas time when they have lots of great specials and a lot of different varieties of things to choose from.

Most of the ladies that work here are nice, friendly, and helpful. Good store to stock up on your general BBW stuff. Never really busy unless its closer to holidays.

I’m not sure what happened to this location.I have been going here for years.Staff is now super Unfriendly! Rude! Eye rolling and not appropriate work ethic! I used to enjoy coming into this location because the staff “was so friendly”.However, I did not see any familiar faces when I went there this time. I’m not sure I will be back for quite some time! Terrible! Considering I enjoy shopping local! I will be contacting corporate! Unacceptable!

I really love the 3 wick candles at Bath and Body Works! They smell heavenly and we are so lucky to have one here in Fenton. They we running a fantastic sale too.
