I’ve had the best experience at Ivory Loft. It’s a special experience having the boutique to yourself as you try on dresses, but it’s also the owner (Beth) and staff (Chelsea) that made it very personable and so special. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a dress and the selection to choose from was beautiful along with the quality of the material standing out as well. I visited Ivory Loft first in my wedding dress search. The bar was set high! I visited a couple other shops to see what was out there, but quickly realized the experience and quality at Ivory Loft was everything for me. I came back to select my dress and I truly love this place! Highly recommend for a one of a kind experience.

Five stars just for the amazing customer service! This was the second store in which I have looked for a wedding dress and the whole experience was very inviting, comfortable, and relaxing. It smelled amazing inside! Michelle was amazing--very easy to talk to, calming, and personable. She helped me into all of the dresses and spoke to me like a sister. I did not find my dress here, but I appreciated the beautiful store and staff.

I left the ivory loft today on CLOUD 9. Beth knows exactly what she’s doing, she was so gracious and listened to me but helped lead the way considering I’ve never tried wedding dresses on before and needed the guidance. Yikes. I would not recommend this place at all. I came in here on a Friday afternoon to take a look at a few wedding dresses and get a sense of what I might be interested in trying on. The woman working there was terribly rude and dismissive toward me and offered no assistance whatsoever. Id stay away from here if you expect any sort of customer service.
