The staff is friendly and the coffee was good. Only problem I have with this store is both times I have visited I got my change in ones or quarters. Managers need to plan better.

Today-Vanilla latte was all milk NO coffee. Yesterday- coffee grounds in both specialty drinks. Day before- 2 specialty drinks burnt tasting. Day before that they couldnt make change after waiting in drive through for 15min and would rather throw coffee out than keep a customer.

They have never made my coffee right. Their frozen drinks are never well blended and have big ice chunks

Biggby is my go-to coffee shop in Fenton. The staff are all very nice and the coffee is always hot and comes out quick.

Bigby drinks and food are delicious, better than Starbucks for sure. Prices are as bad as Starbucks though.

Whoever was closing last night 6-6-20 I have to tell you that my girlfriend and I came through and got drinks and they were amazing! We ordered a Cinnamon Honey Vanilla Latte and I ordered a Tiramisu Latte. she thought about turning around and coming back through the drive-thru to tell you how awesome it was but we figured wed just post it on here!

It was good, not real busy. needs better parking. The lot is in need of pot hole fixes. Service was good! And I bought one of their cookies. Oh BOY! So yummy! ; P

Got a large Mocha Mocha latte tastes like they just melted chocolate and put it in a cup. Very disappointed.

Best Biggby Coffee I’ve ever been to. They always say hi when I walk in and always wish me a good day when I leave. One of the employee’s knows me as a regular and knows which drink I love and makes it perfectly each time. I have never received better service from any other coffee chain and I will always go to this store.

I always like going in here for an afternoon work session. They have great snacks and awesome coffee. I think they can do a little work to helping with the Comfort level 4 people there doing work. More plugs and tables would go a long way.

Very easy to come in get what you want and get out. Very approachable people which makes the experience a tad better than usual. So I give it Four Stars!

My son loves the Turkey Havariti Bragels, cut into quarters and not toasted... Theyre always very accommodating- he gets it made perfectly every time. The reason for the 4 stars is they charge for a cup of water- which I get helps cut down on extra plastic in our oceans- but the cup/straw is helpful with a toddler (trying to eat on a bumpy ride).

Every single time i go here theyre always out of something. Last 2 times it was bananas, time before it was strawberries.

I love Biggby coffee and have very specific stores I visit often. Thus being one of them. They remember my order and are amazingly personable.

First time trying the place.....not sure what the hype is. Because its Michigan brand? Its coffee, its ok. Staff were nice and explained their boards and stuff to me. Meh, Ill stick to my Tim Hortons down the street.

I love the fact there is a drive through. There coffee tastes great and fast delivery has me hooked.

I work all over Michigan so I go to a variety of coffee houses. I have to say after having been to this one on several occasions ( I try not to review on only a couple of visits because you never know if someone is having a bad day... Or even two) that it is a disappointment every time. Factually:1) They dont participate in ANY promotions. While I enjoy biggby, they arent generally cheap coffee. Promotions do sway where I go.2) They are some of the rudest people Ive ever met in the service industry. In my experience, biggby is notorious for having friendly, if not at least politely cordial service from their employees. I can say neither of these about this location. While they didnt swear at me, they flat out treat you as if you are an annoyance.3) The location is less than convenient. Its great if you are already in town, but out of the way if you are trying to swing off the freeway for a cup.4) pros ( the reason they got a whole two stars) They are fast and their product is consistent with most biggby coffees ( though my last visit their coffee tasted slightly off, that could have been a number of factors that may just have been a one time issue).

Slow drive thru with no apology. As someone else commented, they charge for water, which is ridiculous when youre already spending $5 on a coffee. Ive never had any other Biggby charge me for water.Wont be going to this Biggby again. Got an iced breve latte the other day and it tasted like milk, no espresso. I returned it and asked for a new one and one of the employees asked rudely have you ever had breve?. I said yes, thats all I drink there. Very rude. Starbucks from now on.

I visit this Bigby at least a couple times a week.The staff is mostly friendly, but the General Manager is not friendly. She comes across brash stressed and annoyed. I imagine many of the issues in this store are rooted in her or maybe the pressure that she feels.This Bigby charges for water. Again, I come in multiple times throughout the week, and every time I make at least one purchase. Charging for water is annoying as it is, but to charge a loyal customer who is spending money often seems counter intuitive to me.The staff is trained to push product when a customer is ordering which I understand - at the same time it gets old, is annoying and glib.I had an experience when getting my one free coffee refill where I was confronted by a barista who mistakenly believed that all refills cost $1.50. An easy mistake for a rehire not up to date on Bigby’s policies. It’s not his mistake that is annoying it’s the general air that is inherent in this location.These infractions are minor, but it’s the principle behind them that frustrate me. It’s apparent that this location is being run to make money at all cost even at the expense of a loyal customer. This store would do good to shift their approach to building a loyal customer base, striving to create pleasant experiences and rewarding those that are loyal.

Service was horrible, the workers were far beyond rude. Took 20 minutes for two iced coffees and there was nobody ahead of us. They shut down blenders over an hour before closing. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I have been a Bigby patron since they were called Beaners... I will no longer go to Bigby fenton. In the last week I have had 3 poor experiences.... My experience goes as followsOn 12/23 my boyfriend came into the store to buy me a mug and a gift card, his description of the experience was why doesnt anyone want to take my money and sell me something while he was there he wasnt greeted or helped. Basically he was just ignored... He did buy a mug and a 25.00 gift card, he was not offered a cup of coffee (for buying the mug) or the spend 25 get 25 promotion that Bigby is currently running.On 12/26 I returned with my shiny new mug and my gift card. The mug still had the papers inside it it was so new. I was not offered the free cup of coffee and when i went to pay with my gift card they told me it had $0.00 on it. Probably should also mention I handed them my frequency card that had several cups already on it, so they knew i was a pretty frequent customer. NO ONE apologized or offered any solutions other then to return with my receipt. I paid with cash and left.On 12/27 I returned to Bigby with my boyfriend, my receipt and my new mug in tow. After presenting the receipt they explained that there was nothing they could do about my gift card, NO ONE APOLOGIZED or even offered to sell me a drink. I was told that I could return the following day (Saturday 12/28) when the owner would be present, that maybe he could do something.At this point my boyfriend ask about the free cup of coffee one gets for buying a new bigby mug, they agreed that they did do that but I couldnt have one. He then ask about the buy 25 get 25 promotion as he had a receipt for nearly 50.00 in his hand from 12/23... He was told that it was a coupon booklet and he also wouldnt be getting one of those but we could return when the owner was there and maybe he could do something about my gift card.In the end what i really wanted was a cup of coffee, again no one offered to sell me one or give me one for my troubles.Im just really annoyed that this happened. I should have ask for the Starbucks January Latte mug instead, as when Starbucks messes stuff up they are ALWAYS right on top of fixing it.Bigby fenton has lazy employees who just really arent interested in providing a 5 star service regardless of the 5 star price that they charge.At this point I just want the cash back for the gift card and to return the silly mug, as Im no longer interested in running around town advertising their business with an overpriced travel mug.
