I have been wanting to get into Computer gaming for some time now and it seems impossible to do without knowing much about computers! Not an issue if you work with these guys they have helped multiple times now. Only computer store around I trust installing new hardware as well as maintenance to my gear. I called ACS and spoke to Tom who diagnosed my PC over the phone and gave me a price to fix it. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up later that day. My Solid State Drive was corrupt and older, so Tom suggested a replacement at a good price with the same specs. Everyone there was very nice and helpful and I was so happy to get my computer back and working like new again. Definitely will be back if I need anything else fixed and I highly recommend! Amazing! I called ahead with questions on how to get a second monitor hooked up. I tried hdmi, adapters, even vga. Couldn’t figure it out. Within a 5 min phone call, they told me it’s $8 and I need an display port to hdmi adapter and it’ll work instantly. Drove up there, the girl in the front was super friendly and amazing.. and I was in and out in less then 3 minutes total, back home and of course, second monitor instantly worked. I’ll be back for any future tech help I may need! Highly recommend!!

The experience was just like the others Ive read on google. Just great.I dont know a lot about computers, being from the baby boomer generation. No problem at this place. They met my needs perfectly andgave me options that fit what i wanted to spend.Came in with a six year old laptop (that I liked) with no working screen, and bad sound plug (connector) and fixed it beyond expectations at a great price. Other options were there too also at a great price.

Was able to clean up the inside of my MacBook after having liquid spilled on it. Was very lucky in my case that I didnt have extensive damage occur but to a couple of ports, so I didnt need anything but a deep cleaning. Knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant staff. Really cool guys there. Fixed my computer and made adjustments I didn’t even know I needed. Very honest and knowledgeable. Got my computer there early in the morning and everything was done same day. I know this isn’t every case that something is done that quickly but it’s nice to see people that actually care about customer service and enjoy what they do. Well done guys! This place is freaking awesome! I walked in told them my problem without opening my computer they diagnosed a hardware issue, 5 min later I had the fix, cheaper than I expected the part cheaper than I expected and my computer is lightning fast I will NEVER go any where else they made a customer for life!

I searched and searched for a place to have my computer repaired. I tried close to home first, Owosso and even Lansing, but the businesses I tried had poor customer service or asked too high a price for their services. Because I work in Fenton, I decided to call around and see if Id have any luck. When I spoke with Mike at Affordable Computer Services, I was so pleased with his kind attitude and his willingness to help me. I told him the problem with my computer and he didnt hesitate. He told me swing by as soon as I could. I took the computer to him and he fixed it while I waited in his office. 20-30 minutes was all it took! He knows exactly what hes doing! He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very patient and sweet the entire time. And because he fixed it in a fraction of the time, he only charged a fraction of the price. He even told me hed take a post-dated check since I hadnt gotten my paycheck yet!
