This a great store, the employees are always friendly Laura and Mike always take care of me when I’m in there . I usually stop twice a week after work to get a bite to eat. Sandwich’s are awesome!!!!

The art of convoluting and complicating something as simple as filling your tank with gas has been rendered a new art form. Enter loyalty card. Don’t have one. Go away. No way to proceed.There are so many prompts with no clear path out of the maze, when paying at the pump with credit card, that I gave up in frustration and went across the street to speedway. It’s little things like this that add up at the end of the day and make consumers this capricious.

Love this gas station. Always well stocked good prices and the staff is always friendly especially the one that works on 3rd Shift!! Two 👍 up!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Needs serious updating at the pumps and staff. Just horrible. Now I remember why I never use BP in general... Id rather fight through cross traffic that use any BP for convenience. Just stay away!

I paid for car wash before noticing note taped to machine to wait for wash to clear before paying. Paying too soon broke the wash so the door would not open. Employee could not open door quickly so I got a refund. Employee told me I should learn how to read.

Car was did not properly work. Dryer only worked for 10 seconds. They would not refund my $$. STAY AWAY from this place. FRAUD!!!

Paid for carwash only to find out its too cold to operate. Thanks for allowing me to select it on the pump and be unable to use it. I went in for a refund and she said shed have to take the gas price discount off as well. I decided to just come back for the carwash later since its good for 14 days. I would have stayed and fought but I had a appointment. After my carwash Ill never go back. Bad way to run a business, wouldnt be able to stay in business if they werent right next to the highway. Pathetic

Car Wash is terrible. Its always broken or not working right. Today the underbodies not being sprayed. Its winter in Michigan. Its the most important part of cleaning your car to prevent rust. I should have known better than to come here again. Update I wanted a Touchless Car Wash. So I tried this place again. Still terrible car is dirty after wash.

This car wash is ridiculous. Choose the expensive wash and all it did was leave streaks down the side of my truck. Didn’t even remove the bird poop off the window.

Car wash damaged back of brand new car. Owner refuses to pay for the repairs at the local dealership. The sad part is, the manager has to be in the middle of it because he wont talk to you himself. I have looked into this and his gas station and car wash have caused hundreds of problems from their bad fuel to the car wash damaging cars. It is a known issue with his station and he just doesnt care. Just be warned that if you have damage caused by his car wash you will have to claim it on your own insurance. He has multiple small claims law suits against him for unpayed damages.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH! It ripped my back windshield wiper off my brand new car. I’ve tried to talk to the owner multiple times but he will not call me. Insurance can’t help me because of my deductible. So now I have to pay out of pocket. I will never go to this gas station again. Please do not support this business!

Went through the car wash at 7:00 AM, 4/15/16, no soap, dirty brushes. Went to get money back, then noticed huge scratches along passenger side where the wheel hit. Will never use that facility again!!!! Could not post this without clicking a star. Useless!!!!!

Stopped in this morning just before 4am and nobody was around in the gas station. Looked around and stood at the counter for ten minutes before putting everything back and leaving. As I was leaving someone finally made their way to the counter... lost a sale and my business.
