Took my rings in to get cleaned and inspected, along with getting a diamond replaced that had fallen out of my wedding ring. When I went in I was told it should only cost about $75, then she looked the diamond up and said oh it’s only $35. So had the rings sent out to be cleaned and the diamond replaced. I get a call about 2 weeks later telling me that to replace the diamond it would cost over $115. I was not happy but agreed to have it done because I just wanted my ring back. I finally get a call that my ring is in so I go to pick it up and there’s a sign on their door saying they will be closed from 2pm-3pm for lunch and deep cleaning. So I go home and come back around 3:15pm and now there’s a new sign on the door this time hand written saying they will be closed from 3pm-4pm for yet again lunch and deep cleaning. Now I’ve wasted gas and still don’t have my rings. I’m honestly really disappointed in the Fenton location.
Even though this is not the closest of the nearby Kay Jewelers, we chose to shop for my engagement ring at this location based on the positive reviews and Im so glad we did! All the staff is friendly but Judy who assisted us was particularly wonderful. Shes been with Kay for 21 years and it shows. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. She was genuinely excited for our upcoming wedding and even sent a follow up email the next day.

My first time in Kay jewelers in Fenton the staff was polite but I brought in two watches one was a fossil watch and one was a citizens watch. The woman told me she’s not allowed to touch my fossil watch so I said fine can I get a new battery in my citizens watch she walked behind the counter for about one minute came back out and said I can’t help you can’t get the back off the watch I don’t think they really know how to take care of a whole lot at Kay jewelers. I went to another jeweler and they fixed both watches on the spot within less than 10 minutes
Jenelle the store manager is horrible. She doesnt care what your jewlery looks like once it leaves the store. I asked for a call from the district manager or customer service that day. Its been 5 days and still nothing. She doesnt follow through. They had my wedding ring for a month and had to keep sending it back to get fixed and still isnt fixed. The bands arent sized to fit, sotar isnt complete and my ring has gaps between the bands.
Love the staff at this location! They do an excellent job. Very happy with the attention and willingness to take as much time as needed for appointments.
I have never had such a good experience in a store before being a new customer that they isn’t a “regular.” Janel and Ashley stood out to me and went above and beyond with service and were so cheerful! They need a raise! They are extremely passionate and helpful with every question I have! I have spent time in the store talking to them and even learning new things about jewelry and about them personally! I recommend coming here! I drive all the way from flushing! 11/10 recommend!

Over all as usual great experience. However was not impressed with one of the associates who was not dressed appropriately. She wore a black tank top. Which did not have much coverage. And she only had a black leather jacket over it.
The staff I this location do a good job making me feel welcome. They follow all the major prices and try their best to be competitive. If you enjoy their style and Ive seen their commercials you know what youre in for and this location definitely meets those expectations.
The staff at Kay Jewelers in Fenton are outstanding! I love going in there. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not trying to make a sale. The man that helped me find my desired piece of jewelry was more than willing to educate me following my questions and ease my concerns about my purchase. If I could leave less than one star I would. I came in to get my jewelry cleaned and the manager herself ruined a mens black ring we had, she wore the color off of it, said she would replace it in june for us, after months of waiting they say its on back order and cant replace it, I was told i would get a phone call Tuesday and after going into the store on Friday she was outside smoking and when i went to ask why i never got a phone call she said she never had time. There is makeup and hair spray on their back counter by the front desk where they get ready, cigarettes on the counter, and after she still couldnt guarantee the new ring to be sent to me, I asked for my money back because I dont want to wait any longer on this ring they told me would be in by the end of July, she then demanded me to give the ruined ring back to them after i asked for my money back, not a return. She is very unprofessional, rude and I will never be back to this company due to how they treat their customers.
