At the end of the day its really hard to ignore local business! Sure..... it takes a little more effort to find a local company to do the job that you need but its well worth the effort in promoting local families and the work that they do! Steve and his team were up to 75% less expensive than other companies that I called that over advertised and our national companies to do the same basic window repair. Looking forward to the new window to arrive and have them install it while I wait :-) thats how business should be done! Took a little longer then expected to get our windows due to the manufacture but we got our windows now and were pleased.

Had an appointment with this company for an estimate on a window replacement. They never showed or called. Although the guy told me I didnt have to be home for the estimate I took half the day off from work so I could be there in case I had questions. I emailed the company directly first in case it was a honest mix up. But, again I never received a call. I have never posted a review of any company before but this rubbed me the wrong way. Given the bad economy I called a locally owned company to give my business too and this is the service I received.
