Excellent service provided by Derek. Helped me through a parts list to replace my water heater and even gave some suggestions to make the install easier for a DIYer. He went so far as to help me load the new unit into my vehicle even though I was there past closing time!! Would recommend this store to any and all, as I know I will be back!

I called looking for a pressure switch a gentleman said they didnt have one they didnt have parts for air compressors have all kinds of stuff in that store maybe they dont but after waiting 10 minutes on hold without looking he told me he didnt have one I have all kinds of stuff in that store I love walking around in there pretty crappy service today if you ask me

I ordered a Sterling shower base and walls from Vic Bond. First set of sides came in damaged and were re-ordered. During installation, contractor found a right hand drain base was inside box labeled for left drain. Left drain was required. Sterling customer service refused to ship an individual replacement base to me or to Vic Bond. After installation was complete the sides looked darker than the white base. Enough so that I compared the sides to the white color chip. Chip sort of matched, so the sides are Sterlings version of white. Guess Im stuck with this look. ONE star for Sterling.Five stars to Arron at Fenton Vic Bond for the extra effort to find a replacement shower base quickly, and his overall courtesy and helpfulness.
