I think the new owners are trying, but they have a woman who works day shift whos temperament should preclude her from working with the public. After three times dealing with her I am not going back! Each time everyone around me appeared to be stunned, shopping at the local market should not be such an ordeal.

Who closes at 8 pm? I do not understand why a convince store hours are so inconvenient.

Unbelievable customer service! I was looking for something hard to find and Lou went out of his way to get it for me. He called me to confirm he had it coming and then called me again to let me know when it was in. Really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond for someone who isnt even a regular customer – I live across town, but I will make sure to give Lakeside my business whenever I can!
