I rented a uhaul trailer from Kenn and it was a great experience. Kenn was extremely helpful and friendly though the whole experience. I tried calling uhaul 5 times and could never get a straight answer. I would recommend renting from Kenn if you have any moving needs you wont be disappointed.

Echoing the positive words for Kenn. He provided excellent service, was insightful andfound me a Uhaul even after a Uhaul corporate scheduling issue left me without a truck an hour before movers were scheduled to arrive. Doesnt matter where you live in Michigan, go see Kenn. Its obvious he cares about his customers!

Kenn was very helpful and patient. The storage units are clean and ready for new users. I highly recommend Citizens storage south in Fenton. I was planing on using a cheaper priced unit in Linden but I chose Citizens storage for convenience and service.

Kenn was awesome to deal with. He went out of his way to come in early for me.Its difficult to work the online reservation s for a u-haul. I recommend to deal with Kenn, he will go out of his way for you.

Until are fine, very tight to pull a trailer through their gates and switch backs! Not laid out well for trailer storage

I personality have not used this facility but our stuff was in a storage unit with the church and as far as I know they are nice. I have it three stars just because I havent personality used it.

Kenn is the reason I choose this unit! Was dropping off a Uhaul after driving across country and Kenn provided me with the best customer service experience I have encountered ANYWHERE in a long time. Being small business owners In Fenton, My spouse and I are always willing to pay a little more to go with a business that aims that high to please their clients. Yes the unit costs are a little higher than others in the area, but you get what you pay for. A secure and clean location with an amazing staff.

Go somewhere else not worth it price goes up twice a year

Very friendly and extremely helpful interaction, shed itself was spotless, cleanest storage facility Ive ever seen. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the access hours are only from 6am to 10pm. I work weird hours and 24/7 access is important to me.

Great location, clean units, easy access, and close to major highways. I looked at several options and Citizen was by far the best.

Friendly and fast service. We had to purchase out-of-town storage with Citizen Storage and they made it easy! Good location too right off the higway.

The staff is fine but the owner treats everyone as a RIP off artist. Not the first time Ive had issue with this owner since takeover. Stop having your friends leave reviews.....

It’s impossible to get ahold of someone here. They never answer the phone. They never return the calls. It seems every time I go there. Manager is either on grounds with no where to be found or gone to bank. It’s only steady gotten worse with these new owners and employees. When it was fenton storage I never had these problems. Oh and they raised there rates.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been renting the biggest size unit since before it was Citizen. Been there for years! My credit card expired and I called several times to update it since I have autopay (that NEVER had an issue with for 4 years) I called for 2 weeks! 2 WEEKS! Never got a call back. Just a chick that take my messages and supposedly sent emails to the supposed manager but I never got a call back. They don’t value customer relationships or customer loyalty. They just want to pile up late fees and rip you off as much as they can.

Tried to get a uhaul from this place no one was there when I was scheduled to pick up there was a truck but no sign of anyone there stood outside and waited for 30min before getting a truck somewhere else also could not get ahold of anyone at the storage place either..
