I used to automatically go to the Big Box stores. But, when they didnt have what I needed or the quality I wanted my back up was Fergus Home and Hardware. Now they are my first choice instead of my last resort. I can get service right when I enter... and if the clerks are busy it is not uncommon for the local owner to serve me personally. I love to be sold and every trip here is an adventure with new products and what I call the old show and sell. For the full service experience at box store prices...some times even better... I reccomend Fergus Home and Hardware.

Ive had service done on two appliances by Josiah from Fergus Home and Hardware. Both times Ive called for service the response has been within a day and the repair has been quick and correct. I also purchased a new range and microwave in the store and the sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Im so happy I discovered this store. Were lucky to have it in our area.

Its easy to be skeptical of a small town hardware store when looking for something, but they are now my first stop when working on a project. Looking for something obscure? Dont waste your time running around town, as they can order it for you and have it in within a day or two. Great store and great people.

Its a little more pricey than home Depot but it is definitely a HomeTown business and the staff are awesome.

I bought a theater chair for ME which I call my throne at Cullens...with electric foot raising. It is wonderful, the staff was wonderful and the delivery people are just as wonderful to bring it in and set it where I still have my throne.
