Home Depot is not my favorite Home store, but its pretty good. I think they could have more staff on duty - as its usually an effort to locate a sales associate not helping someone else. That said, the staff is usually very helpful and can point you in the right direction even if they do not have the answer.Although I could not find any of the items I was looking for on my most recent, that happens from time to time, and I wouldnt let that dissuade you from stopping by for your home needs.

Recently visited and was reminded about how big their store and selection is, they have whatever you need and the staff is always very helpful. The bathrooms are large and always nice and clean. Its a good place to shop especially if you want to avoid the very cramped and not so selective walmart. Self checkouts are always available.

Great costumer service. Went there 3 times in one day and perry helped me with everyone of my needs. Im a new homeowner so things have been different for me but with that type of community I cant fail.

If I cant find it in Wheaton? I can find it there.I had the best customer service in my life there. A man name Perry. I asked him a question in passing, he was helping someone else. I went to lighting he found me. Helped me, and he had a great personality and he didnt stop till we found what I needed. He was disappointed that they only had 3 of the product I needed. It was funny.

I ordered barn paint online. Two five gallon buckets one red one white. Red arrived perfectly and is fabulous paint. White showed up two days later with the handles on the box on the on the bottom. The original box arrows were upside down and on the box was light red arrows pointing the opposite of the way the box is supposed to be handled. Opened up box and paint is everywhere. All over my porch floor, my pants, my feet, and the bag inside the box. So paint was packaged upside down and instead of fixing it they draw arrows. So I contacted customer service to be put on hold after 30 minutes of chasing around to the right department and then disconnected

Always a good place to shop,they always have what you need.

About the same as every Home Depot. It was well stocked and workers are quick to help locate items.

Found what I was looking for and had great customer service

Horrible customer assistance. Walked up to 2 employees with a question, one looked at me and then went back to talking with the other employee, I finally just walked away. Chased around the store until I finally found someone who could answer a question. Self checkout was another story. Had an error and it announces customer needs assistance. Employee behind service counter just stared at us. No one bothered to come. Wife finally had to yell out for someone to come and clear the stupid thing so we could check out. Very disappointing shopping experience at this store.......

The manager eric Randal was disrespectful and even swore at me. Hes gonna run this store in the ground just like he did fleet farm

Great place, great people. Organized and clean. Very easy to deal with for returns or warranty issues. They even look up a receipt for a Ryobi tool warranty from 30 months ago when all I knew was the year of purchase. I shop there even when things are available online to support our local economy and job market.

No crowds. Fairly well stocked.

I hope to never walk into this particular store ever again in my lifetime. Extremely poor management and employees seem completely stressed out and unable to help customers. Hopefully the corporate office can fix this location or just simply give up. We have driven completely out of the area to another Home Depot location just to avoid it. The people here work hard but cant compensate for the complete failure of the management in place at this location.

Liked it the two guys that put my clothes dryer in the back of my truck one was kind of jerky and the other was pretty nice and the guy who put my washing machine in my truck he was very very nice

They have a decent amount of inventory and fair prices but the employees are not helpful unless you go begging for help there was several groups of 2 to 4 employees standing around not one offered to help.

This place has its good and bad days. And its good and bad workers. Their tool selection is great love the products in that area. When it comes to chain link fence they are lacking big time.

Ill start this off by saying Im not quite sure how to give a review for such a nation wide franchise that has existed forever, and most people often visited growing up with their parentsI mean theyre pretty much all the same except for the staff. So thats where I will place my focus in this review, even though I only interacted with two of the staff members.This was my first time visiting a home depot in many years, and also the first time visiting as a first time home owner. I had some things I needed to fix a few problems around my newly purchased house, and the staff were excellent at helping.This employee that I ask, looked like he might have been heading to his break, but he insisted on helping after I asked, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable, he walked around the entire store with me showing me options and giving me ideas on how to fix my gutter.In the end I got what I needed for the fix, and felt confident in my ability to do so with the items I had purchased after talking to this staff member.The other staff member was the cashier who was very kind and friendly and made us feel at home, even when one of our items wouldnt scan and she had to come with us to get the code from the aisle for it.Very great staff and very great store, I would visit again and again (and probably will as I continue working on my new home).

We stopped in needing some specific hardware for a project. Cheryl in hardware was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Walked us directly to what we needed and helped us make the correct selection. Everything worked perfectly to complete our project. Thank you Home Depot and Cheryl.

Great store. I like shopping on line and knowing what isle and location the product is in before hand. Makes shopping much easier. Their selection of tools is second to none. Great addition to Fergus falls.

Nancy was great! This was not far my BEST experience Ive ever had with an employee in any store.She helped us select a flooring for roughly 500sqft of upstairs flooring. Originally, we selected cheap laminate from online. She showed us different options and spent about an hour with us helping us decide which one will look the best in our home. When we came down to two options she said no worry take it home! So, without charging us for samples we brought it home to see and wow what a difference it makes. The lighting is completely different and the option I said no to we bought!Finally, we ended up coming back the next day to get the flooring we decided. After driving back home and installing there was two boxes that were previously damaged. Either poor care or loading process. Keep in mind the cost of each package was about $60. Hopefully, the store can come up with a resolution for us. We drove 40 miles to get a better selection than what Menards could give us.

Looked online for a new fridge and found a one that was in stock. When we got to Home Depot to look at it we were told they dont have any fridges in stock. Your website really shouldnt advertise in stock items if you dont actually carry them in stock. The lady who helped us was also not very pleasant, seemed irritated to have to help us. We also had carpet installed by Home Depot and they showed up days later than it was scheduled and it was late in the evening and didnt get done till 3-4 in the morning. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Been out of pro stuff window and door for almost a week and a half

Well had to kove isles 4 times because of fork lift thing. Basically followed everywhere I went today. All the beeping drove me out of the store.The checkout gal was freezing as the huge door was open for awhile. And had issues with sore legs or something...Just needs more customer service training and no complaints from the help...Thank you

I was treated like a king. One item was not quite what I wanted, so they worked hard to keep looking till I saw one I liked. They loaded everything in my pickup and even allowed me to stay parked under the canopy till I was done shopping. I love this place.

Its homedepot - so typical building supplies. Easy to get to. I buy a lot of remnant carpet at this store. But You have to search for someone to help you. Lots of seasonal items. Big parking lot. In every other home depot Ive found purple dot lumber, which is discounted due to a defect. I cant even find someone in the lumber department to ask at this home depot.

I visited Fergus Falls to find a door and my overall experience was really disappointing. Standing by three staff, I am trying to figure out what to do and the majority of the staff seemed to busy to help me. Once I figured out the door, I had to order. Was directed to the front. At the customer service desk the lady looked at me briefly, the looked down and said, you have to go over there to Steve we have too many doors in and out. So over there I went. Wrong place....found where Steve was to be, but wasnt. Told to go back to his desk, which happened to be 10ft from where I stood originally looking at doors.15 min. later, I left, never speaking with Steve as he was in no rush to finish what he was doing before helping me.I hopefully can order on-line and will also hope my next experience is more like the commercials.

I made the mistake of assuming their hours. After finding out they closed at 9 instead of 10 (it was 8:50) I called and let them know I was on the way. I would never make a habit of it but they gladly stayed open and were very friendly. It is great customer service like this that will turn me into a return customer!

Really supper smart man in plumbing

I have been to Home Depot many times to purchase home repair items. The staff is friendly an knowledgeable. I recently went in to purchase a replacement cartridge for a shower faucet that was purchase there in the past. I could not find what I needed when I saw Shilo the plumbing department supervisor; a few minutes later I was on my way with the correct repair part.

My visit to this HD store was top notch. Store associates Phil and then Alan assisted me with locating the right hardware for a DIY project. A+!Great work, guys!
